Horrible smell in bathroom.
Noisy aircon and fridge.
You hear outside as if there were no windows.
Woken up by alarm clock in the middle of the night. It must have been set by the previous customer, but the staff should check this. The manager didn't seem to care.
Super expensive compared to the small size.
The location is good, the supermarket is right across the road, and it's a short drive to everything you need.

Comfortable mattress and pillows. Staff are friendly and comfortable beddings. Closer to my business and best in price. WiFi worked well to attend my zoom calls. I see lot of efforts to keep the business eco friendly love it. I would recommend this place and will stay again here.

Definitely the worst experience with a hotel I've ever had. I paid for a room with two beds and there was a bed and a sofa bed with a lot of dog hair. The team even tried to help by providing me with another folding single bed, but it smelled a lot of cigarette. Cockroaches everywhere, food from other guests in the closets and the baseboards had so much mold that it was scary. Breakfast was bread and coffee and I don't drink coffee. He doesn't even have an ice machine that works. I paid 700 dollars for the accommodation and it was the worst money spent in my life. I loved SAN Francisco and I'll be back for sure but I'll be more careful when looking for a hotel. Expedia should be ashamed of having a hotel like this available. It looks like another scam I felt robbed. I contacted Expedia to ask for help and got no answer. Last time I use the app.

I don’t recommend spend the night here!! My fiancé & me made a trip for family problems, when we made it to the hotel, to get our room finally and rest, we had a problem there, THE BED HAD COCKROACH 🪳 yes friends!
Second: the rooms smell so bad, idk why but they have a smell that I can’t describe
Also, the rooms isn’t clean at all, so for 200 bucks per night you can find something better

It was nice for what it needed to be. Close to local shopping which was convenient because I forgot a brush. As well as close to restaurants, highway entrance and public transportation

Breakfast was good. Nothing extreme but healthy and fulfilling

The staff was courteous and the room was clean. It was really quiet in the area as well.

Shitty ass hotel, don’t stay here. Looks ghetto, don’t have ice, and their vending machine is comical. They selling Costco size bag chips that cost ¢59 and charging $2 for a bag of air.

Don’t stay here.

Breakfast included though! 2 types of bread and some apples if you want.

Do yourself a favor and never stay here. The staff was rude and when I parked my car I noticed broken windows in the rooms with blue tape holding them. Lights flickering outside, super sketchy. Inside my room looked somehow sterile and dirty at the same time. Tv started glitched and completely stopped working after 30 minutes of me staying there and when I was calling to let the staff know I seen wet white stuff on the bed skirt. When I told the front desk they asked me why I didn’t tell them when I first checked in instead of apologizing for the inconvenience. I took my key to the office and left.

I have several complaints about my stay in "Days Inn by Wyndham Redwood City".
I had to change my room 2 times so far.
1- I changed my first room because its toilet flush was not working.
2- I had to changed my second room after 6 days of staying because of sewer in its bathtub. It was horrible.
3- In my third room, I have to turn on the rest room fan all the time, otherwise it smell very bad because of the bathtub drainage.
4- I chose this hotel because of having breakfast and WiFi. The breakfast is very limited and low quality. Also, WiFi is very unstable and it disconnects every 20-30 mins.
5- The fridge was so noisy and was whistling throughout the night. I could not sleep well because of that.
You may book this hotel for its reasonable price, but you will regret it.
You can still find better hotels for this price.
I reached out for the manager, but he did not care.
