I thought our rooms were very clean. The beds were made with crisp clean sheets which looked new. Beds were a bit hard for me but if you like a stiff mattress these would fit you fine. Breakfast was not 5 star, but there’s everything a person needs to feed a family. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Easy check-in, fantastic price, very clean and well-maintained establishment! The bed was super comfy, and our king bed had nice King pillows. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. Oh, and pet friendly, and the pet fee was a decent price!

This place is worth the value!! Seems to be recently renovated. No nasty carpet in rooms! The whole place smells clean. I felt safe here. Towels are nice and white. Nice size fridge in room as well. Complimentary breakfast was the best I've seen in awhile with a wide variety of name brand foods. I would recommend if you're traveling through and needing a safe place to rest your head.

I stayed here a lot for work, and the staff (all of them) are friendly and accommodting. The rooms are clean every time with clean and comfortable beds and hot water. They have breakfast available for guests too. A/C and heat works, and Le Roy is a fun place to visit. I would recommend this place to anyone. 5 stars. Thanks for the wonderful stays!

I don’t usually stay this close to home but had to make an exception for the weather. Room was nice, clean, pretty standard. Wifi was good. The front desk lady Elisa was super friendly. Breakfast had better options than expected, especially the cool little instant pancake maker.

I agree with the recent reviews. The roms were spacious, clean bright new paint, attractive pictures, clean white bed spreads, comfy pillows. It was a nice breakfast for a quick on the go breakfast. I enjoyed the Jimmy Dean bacon,egg,cheese, biscuit and the cereal. Good coffee. Excellent hotel and great value!!

We had an employee stay at this hotel for one night on 10/29/24. The employee was asked to make a $50 deposit for the room in case of incidentals or damage which is fine, however, when our employee asked to get his $50 returned the man at the front desk had to inspect the room. After inspection of the room the front desk told him he would not be getting his refund back due to the fact that he had slept in both beds. What? This is so absurd and ridiculous. I have never in my life seen a hotel not give a deposit back because someone had slept in both beds. If you paid for a hotel room, you should be able to lay in both beds if you want to. Also, is this hotel not changing sheets on both beds if one is not used? That is disgusting. If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. The front desk staff is rude and this is unacceptable. Stay far away from this hotel at all costs.

Positive: After 11.5 hours on the road, it was a welcome respite. The bed was comfortable, the AC/Heat kept us relatively comfortable. I noted what looked like mildew at the perimeter of the shower but the shower was otherwise clean. Negative: The parking was adequate, but not well placed to the unit. The last time we stayed there, it was a Super 8, undergoing renovations, It is the same place, with the renovations pretty well done.
