Lady at the front desk was very accommodating about making sure we got a clean room. The chemicals they use to clean the room have an annoying fragrance but it was clean! Overall it was nice to sleep there overnight. Mexican place across the street was great for dinner and the whipped coffee place down the road was awesome for breakfast. Basic but peaceful.

We enjoyed our stay as we were in town for a concert. It was well lit, quiet and the room was clean. The room did have several issues that were addressed with staff upon checkout, but didn’t hinder our stay. The front desk staff were very friendly. Ruby Tuesday, McDonald’s and a Mexican restaurant are all within walking distance. It was a good value as I had checked other hotels in the area. The breakfast could use a bit improvement. They had waffles, cereal, biscuits/gravy and packaged goods. Fruit or eggs would have been nice. Would stay again.

Checked in late at night, so I was only there for sleep. I didn't have breakfast. The front desk employee was very nice. The hotel is older but has been updated. My room was very clean. It was basic with no frills, but I was literally there for 8 hours total. Linens were bright white and smelled very clean. The mattress had 2 zip-up covers over it and no obvious signs of bed bugs. There are lots of channels to choose from on the TV. I would stay there again for the price I paid. Rooms are not quiet due to the outside entrance, so you will hear the interstate traffic. It wasn't loud enough to affect my sleep, tho.

I don't complain very much, but this place was filthy. The door also did not latch, lock and shut all the way! We had to put chairs in front of the door. The guest in the room next to ours also could not shut the door all the way and complained of lots of big black bugs in theirs. I definitely will not stay here again. I feel like I need a kiddie pool full of Purell after leaving there. I'm just thankful nobody walked into our room.

I was charged double for the reservation I had. Once by Expedia and the hotel desk clerk demanded my debt card, even though I showed her I had already paid. She replied yes I can see you have paid, but we have to have it on file in our system. Once I noticed the manager the next morning, she didn't seem to really care. She told me to do this and that and call here there. After calling and doing what she said to do, and still not getting answers, her response was. There was another lady who that happened to, I don't think she got her money back either. After waiting 14 days, I finally got it refunded by filling a dispute with my bank.

Great staff, Great breakfast, the rooms were clean everytime we have stayed there. Close to everything you need. Has laundry on site. Cindy is the best! She is a dedicated manager that takes pride in seeing that her hotel is top notch. Great job Cindy!

Yall this is the only place I stay when needing a room in Rockwood! Great customer service!!! Not to mention I left something valuable there on accident and they held on to it for me to come by and get it!!! Amazing honest people!!!

Positive: It had a roof and 4 walls. Negative: The room was not very clean. Our TV did not work so we had to switch rooms. TV in new room was tiny. The light coming into the room at night was so bright... The curtains didn't keep it out. There was black mildew spots all over the bathroom ceiling.
