I've been coming here regularly since it was the Baymont and can tell you that they have been dramatically improving it. Everytime I come there's something new and the rooms that started as a good cheap place to crash is now extremely nice and on par with some of the higher end hotels around the area. The staff has always been extremely friendly and gone above and beyond to make sure your stay is amazing.

We needed a place for 1 nite and maybe 4, but at a reasonable cost. The staff was very accommodating. We ended up in 2 rooms because we decided to stay all 4 nites. They were sparkling clean bathrooms with great showers and a nice tub. Everything was pretty. Best sleep with fine linens and cozy pillows. Pool very clean. Breakfast was hot and yummy. Staff worked round the clock and the accommodations gave us everything we needed. Highly recommend staying.

Generally the place was clean, rooms were neat and tidy. The elevator was out of order from before our stay (it's a 3 story place, most our rooms were on the 2nd floor.) The beds only offered 3 pillows on each bed, the selection of beds between the 6 rooms we got were abysmal. Some rooms both beds were as hard as sleeping on the floor, some rooms had one hard and one less hard mattress. A fitness center was advertised and signage was up directing patrons to it, but it was not found. The outdoor pool was not open, being as how it's April. It was much smaller looking that the photos showed though.
The breakfast was continental: bananas, waffles, cereal (cold and oatmeal packets) coffee, juice machine, scrambled eggs (from a mix- hardly palatable,) sausage links, toast. Pitchers of milk were in the small fridge on the counter. No dairy free milks (we have allergies so were disappointed there.) There was iced water by the front desk, it was not filtered though and, so was not very drinkable.
All in all for a quick stop not a bad deal but I wouldn't rely on breakfast there if you have dietary restrictions or special needs. And if you don't care for soft beds.

The rooms were horrible for the price they charging. There was a whole in the wall in one of our rooms, in that same room we had to get the sheets changed when we first got there. The furniture in one room was dirty and we were charged three times for the rooms. Now they did reverse the money after being told about it and the only good thing about the place was that they had breakfast and were by a lot of businesses. They are renovating so hopefully they get it together soon.

I rented room 230 and upon entering the room, I noticed the window was ajared would not close properly and I tried to lock it, but it wouldn't lock and felt that my safety was in jeopardy was running a little behind for a engagement. I didn't have towels in the room and had to go to another room to borrow towels use their iron because my room didn't have them and when returned to the room , I tried to turn on the TV and it wouldn't work and come on , so I went to the front desk and she gave me an iron and towels and accompanied me to check out my safety issues with the window and she could not secure it either , so at approximately one something in the morning, she offered me another room assignment and she gave me two room key and those two window wouldn't lock either and the third window in room 130 would lock .
She only offered me a 10% discount for my safety and all of issues and the only reason I stayed is because everyone else was booked due to a volleyball tournament and I had no where else to go and I would not recommend this hotel due to the security of the windows and no one checks the rooms to windows and to make sure that they are complete with everything that the room is supposed to have, so that the guest whose spending their money and time shouldn't have to supply the rooms with what is supposed to be there already when the get there .
Somebody is dropping the ball and not getting the job done .
Management have a checklist for the consumer to insure that all accommodation are met prior to guest checking in .
That's why I rated your hotel a one due to all of the issues and inconvenience I endured during my stay , I just wanted you to know why you've gotten this rating .

Horrible location hotel was run down looks as if they are updating but I was given room on 3rd floor. Come off the elevator and see tools Sheetrock etc everywhere. Room was super run down. Half the lights didn’t work in the room
Ac was broken as well. Went down to see breakfast it was disgusting. Bread was solid hard no fresh coffee. Do yourself a favor stay somewhere else. You will be disappointed. One of the nastiest mistakes disgusting days in I have ever stayed at!
