The front desk woman was very courteous and helped us with a dinner reservation. The food at Micks was fabulous. I loved the pool in the morning, had it all to myself. Everything is very clean. Free breakfast was good. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was excellent! Free breakfast was delicious! We arrived early & our room wasn’t ready. The nice lady at front desk switched our room to accommodate us. The beds were comfortable & our room was spotless! Just wish they had Netflix/Hulu apps on the tv. We’ll definitely be back.

I love everything about this hotel I go every special occasion!! The beds are so comfy! Hot water is amazing! Always feels like a home. Jacuzzi is always the best! Love the tv and great WiFi and amazing breakfast and heater! As well as everyone being friendly!

We were in town for a 3 day hockey tournament. Two of or teams had families stay here. The hotel was very accommodating to us and the kids. Hard to find these days. Most places make us leave hundreds, if not thousands of dollars worth of equipment in our cars. Imagine being a player putting on frozen skates. They allowed us to use the breakfast area to host our team dinners one night and didn’t make the kids feel like they couldn’t move about the place in fear of being sequestered to their rooms. Thank you D Hotel for trusting us and for making this a memorable weekend for our hockey families.

Jim at the front desk was friendly and made us feel welcome when we arrived. The attached restaurant is excellent. Make a reservation because it is quite popular. Free breakfast was plentiful and good. Location is between Holyoke and Northampton. |The hotel is undergoing a needed facelift so I won’t comment on the appearance… it will be fine when that is completed. One thing that surprised me is that the “fireplace” in the room was electric… a little cheesy, but you can just leave it off if you want.

The entire suite spic & Span. |The unit might need to remove and replace the couch in the entrance room. I believe that it has |many years. Its torn. I covered it with the extra blanket. |All together EXCELLENT
