Love this store. Employees are so helpful and most of all knowledgeable. One in particular, don't know his name but he is the younger guy who can fix anything and is extremely knowledgeable no matter what the problem is. Especially chain saw help.

I don’t think there was ever an Ace Hardware that I didn’t like. This one is nice and clean, organized with most everything you need and then some! Always friendly and helpful employees, great selection of items, many hard to find items that the “big” stores don’t carry.

We are usually in Park Rapids during Black Friday. They're area not too many exciting places to go in this town, but we always come into this Ace Hardware each year. This year I spent time speaking to Jeff, one of the managers as I remember, which was very pleasant. I complimented the check out person on these caps they had for sale since I am retired Air Force. She said one of the owners was retired military! They have lots of great stuff in this store. I was in there a long time! I should have bought that AF cap!

We were looking for a common product that was not available at 3 other places. We found what we needed for an expected and not overinflated price at Ace. We also were able to bring our puppy in with us since it is a pet friendly store. There was a sticker on the outside that let us know he was welcome inside.

Was told that they only honor craftsman lifetime warranty’s if the numbers match and that means if you have a bit older model they tell you to get lost and go threw craftsman. Seems there policies here are different then most every other ace store. Also when ever me or a family member are there buying something we get passive aggressive responses mainly from management and all we have done is returned a few items that they weren’t happy about taking back even though the item was unopened and we had the receipt.
