Lindsay and her team were absolutely incredible and helped us make our wedding dreams come true!!! Lindsay was there for us every step of the way, answered any and all questions, was always responsive, and made the entire planning process so enjoyable. Every single vendor Lindsay recommended was fantastic to work with as well. My husband and I live in TX so a reliable wedding planner was incredibly important to us when we decided on a destination wedding and I'm so glad we chose Custom Love! The team decorated beautifully, was on top of every single detail, and made the experience smooth for our guests and us. From the morning to the end of the night, I did not feel the need to check my phone once and I did not look at a clock a single time either; and yet everything went off without a hitch and on time. I truly cannot recommend them enough.

Beth and her entire Custom Love team were an absolute dream to work with and completely exceeded my expectations! Beth was my day-of wedding coordinator at Mountain Mist Farms and she made sure the day went smoothly. The month before my wedding she created the ideal timeline and was very responsive to my endless wedding planning questions. She even called all my vendors the week before to verify arrival times and final details. On the day of, she did a beautiful job of decorating the venue and making sure everything and everybody was where they were supposed to be. We had a huge bridal party and a lot of family, so that was definitely an undertaking. She even made sure to find our elderly family members appropriate seating and served them dinner. She had our favorite food and drinks ready for us, and even packed up my car when the night was over. It was truly an stress-free day, all thanks to Beth.

We chose Custom Love for day of coordinator services, and we are beyond grateful for Diana! We honestly don't know what we would have done without her on our wedding day! She was kind, professional, and organized, and she ensured the day ran smoothly and as planned. With the help of her assistant, they set up the ceremony and reception spaces exactly as we envisioned, and they cleaned everything up at the end of the night - even loaded it in our vehicle for us!
