Mark at Ice & Fruits did a great job on an ice sculpture for my work's 20th anniversary party. He incorporated our logo and then at spots to hold caviar and champagne that we were serving for the cocktail hour. The ice sculpture was a hit and was a great special touch to the celebration. Mark was prompt with delivery and questions.

Very rude & dismissive. Needs to learn how to to speak to customers with kindness and patience. He will never be always lose out on business & chase customers away with that crappy attitude. If you’re charging a grand for fruit atleast give me details so I feel confident I’m not wasting money.

SCAM!! CHOOSE ANOTHER ICE CO. Spoke with Mark quite extensively he made himself out to be a righteous individual. Paid for ice sculpture way in advance and planned an entire evening and event around the ice sculpture. Come to say you never showed up and gave a ton of excuses. Ruined the whole night and the party. Said that he would refund us we gave him ample opportunity never did. Had to put in a dispute through amex. They are now looking into canceling his merchant account. Once again beware if you purchase from this individual don't receive your merchandise either. And do not pay by zelle as you will get totally scammed.

Where do I begin. I recently Celebrated my Big 40th Birthday Production themed “Turning 20 Twice” and I am beyond happy on how my party turned out. Mark was very hands on and helpful with making my big day so special, with such a beautiful Ice and Fruit display.

My guest list consisted of 200 friends & family members and the Ice sculpture was the perfect touch of Elegance.

I have been doing business with this guy for the last three years. I've seen a few pieces of his work and they were all amazing. From center pieces to ice bars (all customized) excite the events' attendees. Mark is a true artist and businessman, gets straight to the point and gets the job done right. I think he is the best in the business.

My daughters 15th birthday was just this past Friday March 3, 2023. We had a huge birthday celebration and hired Marc to create a unique ice sculpture to be used for displaying shrimps, but wanted to incorporate my daughters birthday theme and name into the sculpture. Marc nailed it!!! He captured and create a beautiful one of kind piece for us....guest keep complimenting the ice sculpture. Love the lights, which helped it shine more...

I would never do business with Mark again. As an event planner details are everything. Clients have a vision and it is our job to make it happen. I contacted Mark for a sculpture he responded I specifically requested what the client wanted PRIOR to accepting service. I was told it was possible and given a quote. Under the circumstances that it was possible I continued the transaction. The first issue was the instant and unprofessional need for a Zelle payment. Despite repeated communications that my client prefer to pay with a credit card he went to the extent to call and rant about how inconvenient it was for him, which I found very unprofessional. Moving on, the day of the event he shows up set up and I immediately notice what we didn't ask for addressing he was very nonchalant with his response like he didn't care. I immediately voiced the problem and requested a solution. Moved on with my event. I contacted Mark for a solution and this was the response.

I made two doves.

With the maximum of details.

I did not realize that you wanted those to be specific doves.

I could not make those two doves the way you wanted from a single block of ice.

It needed more ice to make it like that.

Then it would cost more money.

There was miss communication there.

You never made an error before?

Are you perfect?"

Still rude and nonchalant I responded with.

"Honestly it was not a communication error. I specifically texted and asked if you could do it before accepting service. The cost wasn't an issue because obviously had you stated that I would govern accordingly. I knew that you were someone I didn't want to do business with after the first phone conversation. I told my business partner that. Don't worry your review will reflect your attitude and approach to business. No need to worry if I would do business with you again."

He proceeded to say "Everything does not matter moe." Very professional. Bottom line if you want detailed and professional work he is not the one. You can do better. Find someone else.
