I recently planned a Summer 2024 trip to Oahu, Hawaii with the help of Patty Baylon at Custom Fit Travel, and from day one, Patty did not disappoint. She was incredibly receptive to all the activities we wanted to do on the island. Our family is very active, but we also enjoy some downtime between events, and Patty created an awesome itinerary that perfectly suited our needs.

One of the highlights of our trip was the vow renewal ceremony. The hotel we stayed at offered free wedding vow renewals on the beach, and Patty worked with us and the hotel to make it happen. The hotel did an amazing job and made the day truly memorable for us!

The Umapped app she recommended was a game-changer. It had everything we needed, from our flights to and from Oahu to all our vouchers and tickets. The daily schedule feature helped us stay organized throughout the trip. Patty also arranged our transportation to and from the airport and to some of our planned activities. She was spot on in advising us not to rent a car for the entire week since we were staying in the heart of Waikiki, where everything was within walking distance. Instead, we opted to rent a car for just two days.

We encountered one hiccup regarding our return flight home with Southwest Airlines. I sent a quick text to Patty, and she immediately took care of it, allowing us to spend our last day by the pool and on the beach without any stress. Thanks to Patty's talent as a travel agent, she helped make our Family Hawaiian Dream come true! I would definitely work with Patty again on our future vacations!

Patty was such an amazing help in planning our dream honeymoon. We gave a budget and time period, and she created the most magical trip for us in Bali. I wanted relaxation, and my husband wanted adventure, and she made it all fit into a two week span. We had three days at a lovely resort, and then joined a group trip that was such a blast where we traveled all around Bali for 9 days. We hiked a volcano, snorkeled, and toured beautiful farms with amazing company. The last three days of the tour, we went to another resort to relax before heading back to the states. I can't recommend Patty enough. We truly had the trip of a lifetime!
