If you don't live within a 5 mile radius of this place, don't bother with it. Though it may look professional on the outside and be situated in a nice area, it's not as professional on the inside and they don't value their consumers time at all. And if you complain about ANYTHING, they drop you like a hot potato. Your loyalty means nothing to them. Also, if you make more than $600 in the year on surverys, you'll get a 1099, even if the surveys are for children under 18.

I used to love going I used to love to participate in their surveys but it seems like ever since I turned like 55 they don't want anything to do with me. Got no allergies my own teeth no problems with my stomach or anything but I never get chosen when I
never get notified anymore that sucks cuz I really enjoyed doing it!

When I was selected for a survey, I was excited. I went for my scheduled appointment. They took my temperature and I went right in. I sat at my spot and did my sample tasting. It was quick, easy, and fun. My only complaint is that I would have liked to see the booths for each taster farther apart. Since it is food tasting, it is hard to wear a mask safely. I wish they would have provided additional wipes or hand sanitizer and more space to ensure that nothing spreads. We were only one booth apart which is *maybe* 6 feet

I first went to this location when it was Tragon, but it's now Curion. Staff if very friendly and it's always smooth going here.

They have frequent consumer research taste tests. Recently I did one with Mac N Cheese that was a three day 'drive thru' taste test and there was good compensation. It was like getting paid to have dinner. They've managed well during the COVID times to keep operations running and keep everyone safe. They pay via e-gift cards instead of the physical prepaid cards, and you get your payment the next day usually.

Highly recommend participating if you like to give your opinion on food. There's a range of times, including after work hours for the working people.

Tl;dr: good way to earn beer money/side hustle in the Bay Area
