I wish I could give you zero star this agency is the worse I have ever deal with I never had such a terrible customer service like the one I experienced with your company first that lady name Heidi supposed to be the manager is the rudeness person I had ever deal with and also because of the incident with my mom luggage they probably were thinking oh she doesn't know what route to go but you got the wrong person to mess with and I did call and talked to the TSA authority and I even got the report showing you agency pick the item and signed the day after my mom fly .but I followed your suggestion every time I was calling I investigate and went to the airport your people in the counter were surprised by how I had that report from TSA I'm not sure what was the bottom point of all the lies but ultimately I found my item thank to the TSA department witch is really a department you can trust unfortunately Im cuban like you guys and I had to deal with this.Im not aure how you got 4.5 star on reviews most be families and friends.

I called them to make an appointment but they don’t make appointments. They just warned me not to show up on Saturdays because on Saturdays, there is only one notary public. Well, I showed up on a Monday at 1:00 pm. They told me they could not see me either because there were two notary public that day and they had a lot of work. They just turned me down and all the other customers arriving after 1:30pm.

They don't send the baggage in the flight, we have baby food and medicine, they don't say nothing...we have to pay another ticket for return before date we have planned
