I don't know what those other reviews are from.But I could tell you, I had a horrible experience. Gave them my hard-earned money for a Cuban passport. Never got my Cuban passport and never got a call back from them. I guess that's what they're worth five hundred bucks. I wouldn't look at it this way if I got some professionalism and a call back at least an apology, nothing. Very unsatisfied, customer.We'll never do business with them and will never recommend anybody else.

Thanks to the team at CubaToDo, my recent trip to Cuba was wonderful. Their professionalism through the registration process, as well as their guidance and preparation prior to departure, we're absolutely top-notch. CubaToDo made an otherwise complex process quite simple and delivered from start to finish.

My stay at Casa Telefonica was outstanding. I was impressed with the quality of construction, the amenities, and especially the staff. From the moment I arrived up until the day I departed, I enjoyed unparalleled hospitality and felt right at home. Thanks to Elvis and his team for making my stay amazing!

My brother and I went to Cuba in April, 2016. All the arrangements were done by CubaToDo, which we had not previously used. We were completely satisfied with all the arrangements made by the staff at CubaToDo. The staff was extremely helpful in answering all our questions before our travel and the arrangements were perfect.
I have traveled extensively and I can honestly assure you that using CubaToDo was the most satisfying experience that I have had.
I strongly recommend this travel company.
