After a flawless experience with Crystal Entertainment, I wanted to wholeheartedly recommend them for your party rental needs. Jeff and Becky were extremely professional, kind, understanding, flexible and followed through on everything I asked for. Without question, if you need their services, you will have one less thing to worry about when allowing them to provide you the rentals you need. I can't stress enough how nice they were. They even allowed us to move our party (due to weather) without any hesitation. Feel confident when working with them--they will certainly take care of you and allow you to enjoy your party.

I recently hired Crystal Entertainment for a backyard birthday party. The crew showed up on time and had everything set up before guests arrived. Two staff members on site took care of everything related to the bounce house (which was in great condition btw) and cotton candy machine. I actually got to enjoy my kid's birthday party for once rather than trying to wrangle everything by myself. The only downside was that the party had to end. Thanks again!

We used crystal entertainment for our son's Bar Mitzvah and it was the most incredible experience ever! Jimmy, Gail and the team kept all the children and adults engaged the entire time. There was never a dull moment and everyone could not stop talking about the fantastic DJ. I would recommend crystal entertainment for anyone who is looking to have an amazing and memorable party. I typically do not leave negative reviews on google but I had to leave this one for the company as the person facilitating the skee appears to give a preference to White children more than children of color. I witnessed him allowing White children play longer than children of color. I was there to witness it for at least 10 mins. I did not get the name of the white haired individual who (after secs) hurried my son (Asian child of 5 yo) after seconds before he ushered my son to leave saying “other kids have to play” as if we were 2nd class citizens. I called him out on what appears to be discrimination and he pushed for the other White female child behind us to go while my son is still trying to collect himself. If I ever need to hire any party companies, this will not even be an option at this point! I hope the company uses this as a learning opportunity.

These folks helped me out with a birthday surprise for my dad since I couldn't be there due to closed borders (covid). Even though it was a relatively small job (a couple of air dancers), everyone here was SO on board with wanting to help out for the surprise. They even took pictures for me and I am just so grateful to have found them! Truly a caring, professional, and wonderful business !!!
