If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would certainly do so. I recently had the honor of officiating a wedding at The Crystal Ballroom on 1/5/2025. The entire experience was second to absolutely none. Walking in was like stepping into a dream. Indeed very well appointed. Mike, the Venue Coordinator and his staff were extremely supportive and connected to everything. Crystal Ballroom, Lake Melva, is certainly a venue I would recommend for anyone planning a wedding in Fort Lauderdale.

Attended a wedding yesterday at this beautiful place. Parking is limited, that goes to say the guest invitation to this place can’t be a lot. However beautiful, quite, great view and a good atmosphere

Had my daughter’s sweet sixteen here and absolutely loved it! The staff are very organized and super helpful. Great price and such a beautiful venue! Had Mike as our coordinator and he was such great help and understood everything we wanted. Over all would 100% recommend this venue!

The advancement of an institution comes from its work done not by slaughtering its clientele to increase its capital, Crystal ballroom is a place that should offer quality work given the cost required to occupy the space if you plan to get married, they are kind to receive you and plan the ceremony with you while being careful not to tell you everything about the contract for the space in question, we will take care of you if you agree to respond to the different packages that we will offer you for the chosen times.
Surprises will be revealed to you either 3 or 4 days before the date for which you had paid, additional fees that will be added for services not included in the contract.
a ceremony that should start at 4 pm natural inconveniences arrive at the last hour which prevented the Crystal ballroom staff from delaying the event where the Bride was informed of the delay caused because it was raining and she could not expose herself to the rain.
It was not the fault of Crystal ballroom not the fault of making it rain or the future spouses, the Crystal ballroom staff blamed the future spouses as if they knew it was going to rain
even if they had arrived on time even in the rain or without the rain, the Crystal ballroom staff were not ready yet these little morons and when it started to rain I told them to have everything transported the accessories to the space chosen at the beginning of the signing of the Contract, Crystal ballroom preferred to save time because they knew it would be to their advantage and Crystal ballroom threatened the couple to interrupt everything if they don't pay an additional $1,000 or he'd shut the door on our guests.
Crystal ballroom doesn't respect their customers, they shouldn't be on your calendars if you're thinking about getting married one day, they can ruin everything at the last minute, avoid exposing yourself to them.

The place is beautiful and that's what saved my wedding. They will sell you a dream, be nice to you until they get their money. Make sure they can achieve the look you want before you pay. They tried their best to not give me the decor I wanted, as they wanted more money from me. The decor coordinator didn't speak English fully. They did not respect their contract, I was supposed to have 2 sparkling and one dancing on the cloud. I only got one sparkling. My sweetheart table was the most underdecorated table ever seen in history of wedding. I was disappointed but one thing I was determined is to not let money hungry people steal my joy on my wedding day. So I just had fun and said thank you.
