We had an absolutely fantastic time with Cruisin’ Tikis Clearwater! My family, boyfriend, and I were celebrating his birthday, and we did the hour and a half sandbar cruise. Honestly, I wish we had done the three-hour because it was such a blast! The customer service was top-notch, and our USCG-certified captain, Matt, was beyond awesome. He made sure we understood all the rules, prioritized our safety, and kept everything running smoothly.

Matt was incredibly attentive—he even gave us the option to stop and see dolphins or head straight to the sandbar, which was a thoughtful touch. He also offered to take a family picture for us, without us even asking! We are so thankful for his thoughtfulness. We were definitely drinking a bit too much and may have made a mess with the cake, but Matt handled everything with a smile and stayed so professional and kind throughout the trip. We had such an amazing time and can’t wait to book another cruise with them! Highly recommend!

Shout out to our captain, Matt. He was awesome! We went to the Sandbar and he helped us find all kinds of sea creatures. And we even had a dolphin swim close by us while we were standing in the water! Highly recommend Cruisin Tikis!!

Booked a 2 hour sunset cruise (family of 3) and had an amazing time on our little Tiki boat. Our captain Brian was very informative, friendly and chatty, a really nice guy.
Managed to see a lovely sunset with the added bonus of a pod of dolphins.
BYOB and food and we could even choose the music. Great fun from start to end. 10/10.

BE ALRET OF THIS BUSINESS, it has no credibility and never trust its salesperson. Once you give away your credit card information, you will be at its mercy. On December 28th, I first called Cruisin’ Tikis for the availability of boat tours. The lady that was in charge of booking told me that there was room for my party of 3. I paid for our reservation over the phone by verbally telling my credit card information to her. However, she had given us no details about their refund policy. Unfortunately, later in the day, I had to call her again because my party and I could not make it to the reservation that was booked for us at 3 PM. The lady told us that we can reschedule our reservation to the next time slot at 4:45 PM. I was told that to reschedule my party’s reservation, a $20 fee was to be added per individual. My party agreed to pay the total fee of $60 to reschedule. When we arrived at the destination for our reservation, we waited and called the lady back for confirmation of our 4:45 reservation and were later told that there was no availability for the 4:45 PM reservation. We were told that because we didn’t pay the rescheduling fee, our long-anticipated tour was given to other customers without our knowledge, and no form of communication was made to me and my party regarding that. When we called back to ask for a refund, the lady told us that our reservation was nonrefundable. My party and I lost our money and waited for so long just for us to find out that our reservation was stripped and given away without our knowledge. At the place where the tours were located, there were no signs, and no information was displayed at all with anything regarding refunds. Just imagine the possibility of other customers who had their money taken without knowledge of refunds.

My husband and I have taken Cruisin’ Tiki a handful of times and this was by far the absolute best one yet. We took the sunset cruise with Dillon and he was the best! We got into a pod of dolphins that hung out with us for a while and the best part was the most beautiful backdrop!!! I would rate this 10/10 STARS!!!!!!

We went on our cruise with Dillon! 10/10, super funny and put me on to some great music too! I definitely think it makes a difference to have a captain that has a great personality. Highly recommend!

Such a fun time! Captain Dylan was awesome! Loved that we got to see Dolphins. Highly recommend, very inexpensive for the experience!
