I just have to say that working with Jackie at Cruises N More has to be the best customer service I have ever received when working with a travel agency. Jackie has gone above and beyond in helping facilitate our plans. Making the reservation was seamless. She went above our expectations when we requested assistance with the assignment of our cabins so that our families with young children could be in close proximity of one another. Her professionalism and expertise is top notch! We definitely will be using her again with any future vacations!

I have booked with Cruises-N-More in the past, but just did the booking online, which was great. I did the same thing again, but this time I needed to make some changes to get the club and cabin I wanted. Donna was wonderful - she took care of calling the cruise line and was able to get exactly what I was hoping for. She has such a warm personality, it feels like friend doing her best for you. I have had the pleasure of working with Jackie at Cruises-N-More for planning a couple of cruises. I found that they have the best deals. Most of all, our agent, Jackie, has been the best to work with. She is amazing at finding what we wanted in a cruise and the cabins we wanted. Jackie was so patient and kind when we dealt with the unexpected loss of my husband before booking, giving me several options on what I could do. Then working to process our payments and getting everything in on time, even when she was so sick. I don't think I will use anyone else in the future. After another positive experience, I just had to take the time to share my thoughts about Cruises n More. They have become my go to place to book my cruises. I stumbled upon their site when booking last year and I've found their prices and promos beat almost everywhere else I used to search. I've made my reservations online for 4 cruises with them now but when I did call over the phone with questions or to re-price the service was always excellent from everyone I've always spoken to, most notably Lisa, who I have spoken to a few times and has been very helpful.
