I had a great experience with them, with no issues at all. I was concerned that I wouldn't have the onboard credit it said when I bought as it didn't reflect on the booking but it was all good with Holland America and we had our $100 onboard credit, so it all went smoothly. Of course, the cheapest option (guaranteed) could be a very small inside cabin, but the reservation went all well. I called their customer service to confirm everything and was well-assisted, all information was confirmed. They have good deals and Holland America was a great choice! It was an amazing trip around Alaska, the staff and food are awesome.

Heidi Vargas is an excellent and responsive travel agent. She booked our 10 day Mediterranean cruise in 2019 and everything was perfect. She found the best package deals for us including the transfers and an excellent hotel. We were so impressed with her that she is booking our next cruise in April 2022. I’m not using my real name for I’m afraid they will block like they’ve been my calls.

All I want is a credit to be able to attend another cruise because my partner and I were unable to attend due to misinformation given.

They won’t even give credit! They would have long time customers if they would just be understanding and say they messed up. But they have me waiting for 3 hours on the phone for something I know is already received.

easy to book cruise online. Cruise price is straightforward no hidden fee. You should notice to us that RCL gonna add gratuity and travel insurance the final bill, the total is not the same with your reservation!
