We wanted to switch up our vacation this year and thought train travel sounded interesting. Sharane and Kurt suggested we Rocky Mountaineer - Rockies to the red rocks. So thankful for their suggestion and help booking our trip.

This was an absolutely amazing trip. Everything was well organized. The views were gorgeous. Our food made our train car’s chef was delicious. The crew were very knowledgeable about our surroundings and they kept us entertained and well hydrated.

Highly appreciated Sharane and Kurt’s follow up to making sure everything on our trip went well. 10/10 recommend booking through them.

2025 Coaster cruise on carnivals Jubilee was the most fun cruise! Cruise Planners had fun activities planned and communication to keep our crazy fun group together! We had private events and carnival hosted events that we all enjoyed. We met for happy hour before group dinner and did excursions together! We cannot wait for Carnival Celebration - in 2026!

UPDATE: We just returned from our 2025 coaster cruise from the western Caribbean. Shane was such a delight to work with, and she answered all of our questions. We had our six month old with us and she made sure that we got everything we needed, including our crib. We highly recommend working with Cruise Planners for your adventure!
2024:
Kurt worked very closely with my husband during the planning phase of our coaster cruise trip (from booking our room and flights to booking our transportation). He answered all of our questions on a timely matter, and he also reached out to us to remind us of our insurance, which I'm glad we got. One of our flights was delayed for about four hours and we received $200 back.

Rocky Mountaineer Train Ride through Colorado and Utah

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Rocky Mountaineer train ride through Colorado and Utah, and it was nothing short of spectacular! The journey offered breathtaking views of the majestic mountains and the serene Colorado River. The scenery alone is worth the trip, but what truly sets this experience apart is the exceptional customer service and delicious food.

From the moment we boarded, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. Every meal was a culinary delight, perfectly complementing the stunning landscapes outside our window. Having to choose between traveling on Amtrak or Rocky Mountaineer, I can confidently say that our travel agent steered us in the right direction. Rocky Mountaineer is in a league of its own.
