I recently had the pleasure of booking my trip with Cruise Planers, and I can honestly say it was as
fantastic experience from start to finish! Pamela Cservak was incredibly professional, friendly,
and attentive to my needs. She helped me plan every detail of my trip.
What stood out the most was her excellent customer service. She was always available to
answer my questions, provide recommendations, and ensure everything went smoothly
throughout the trip. I felt completely taken care of, and it made the whole experience stress-free
and enjoyable.

I highly recommend Cruise Planers to anyone looking to book a hassle-free trip. Pamela truly
goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable vacation. I will use her services again for my next

Hello all just wanted to say I wrote a review previous thinking it was for Carnival sending it to us it was from Pam Cservak cruise planners. My apologies as it went on her review page. I would always give her a 5 star plus rating as she always goes above and beyond for anyone. Not only does he plan our vacas but invites us/our company we work for to network with other companies Thank you Pam! She is detailed and honest and you can call her anytime there is an issue. 5 plus stars always !!!

Cruise director Amber was fabulous—what energy! Very clean, courteous, well organized departure and getting off at the ports. Food was delicious! Im reasy for our next cruise! Only downfall is that i know this ship is smaller the pool was quit older stamdi gbroom only mostvgimes.

BEWARE….Use Pamela twice for booking our family trips. First trip went well but the second trip we had many issues. Pamela is NOT very good at returning calls or messages she is very hard to get a hold of. Pretty much felt she was ignoring us. My cousin booked 3 room and told her she needed to be on the same floor close to her children and that never happened they were all on different floors also we were told our group of 17 would all be seated together and that didn’t happen and when we talked to the cruise Manager we were told it wasn’t requested at booking so we couldn’t sit together. Pamela has lied to us several times. We were supposed to get a $400 credit back in April and it now almost July and every time we contact her she states she will send it tomorrow but it never happens. The list goes on and on. Very bad business. I wouldn’t recommend her at all . I never leave bad review but beware

I reached out to Pam on Thursday, Oct 20th to help me plan a last minute surprise anniversary trip for Oct. 25-30th because as a Realtor, my time is not my own and I’m always serving my clients. I gave her a budget and a few ideas. She booked us a cruise from Tampa to Cozumel for 1/2 the budget leaving on the 25th. We are beyond thrilled and will be booking again with her. I typically do not write reviews, but in this case I felt compelled to break from my practice of not commenting. I have used several travel agents over the past 30 years. I can say that without reservations, Pam ranked #1 of them all. I have been a client of Pam's for about 3 years. During this time she coordinated 4 cruises for me. All the trips were great and because of her proactive approach, we experienced no issues what so ever. She always responded very quickly to all, and i always had many, question. She provided great insight, guidance and recommendations allowing my family and to make the best of every experience. She worked hard for me even after planning was done. I would, out of the blue, get an email from Pam, informing me that she was checking my booking and she found a price reduction. Her due diligence saved me thousands of dollars. Most recently, she contacted me to let me know she saw a price reduction which saved me over $1300 on my latest booked cruise. Also, with her help and vast knowledge, I was able to maximize obtaing on board credit for my cruises. Because if her I will be getting $850 on board credit on my next cruise. Additionally, she helped me out personally. A year ago i contacted her for help with an issue. Although it was not within the scope of her responsibility, she helped me with short notice travel arrangements for my daughter. I will use no other travel agent.
I most strongly recommend you work with Pam on your next adventure. I personally guarantee she will not let you down.

We love working with Pam!!! She has made planning cruises a breeze. So simple and easy to understand. What makes it even better is that she has been on a lot of the different ships so she is already familiar with them. She always has answer to any questions we can think of. Pam is hands down an all star.
