Melinda has helped me plan and book 2 vacations. One was a family road trip to Colorado with 4 teenagers and 2 dogs. We stopped in Amarillo on the way there and back. She went out of her way to make sure the places we stayed in were great for large families and pets, and my big kids had the best time! The 2nd trip was to Mexico with my husband for our 10 year anniversary. She gave us so many insider tips and tricks to make sure we weren't bothered at the airport and had the most romantic experience possible at the resort. Highly recommend using her services!

Melinda planned a cruise for me and extended family. The process was seamless. I had spent hours and hours trying to figure out what type of room, how to get rooms next to family etc. then I found Melinda. Thank goodness. It was especially helpful when one member got sick and we had to reschedule. She handled everything and we did not need to stress. I’d give more than 5stars if I could!

I would give Melinda D Fay a zero or even a negative if there was one! She absolutely failed me. Gave her all my information to book flights 2 weeks ago and nothing. Texted her this past Monday to see if she found us flights and hotels and her reply literally was “Working on it sometimes it difficult into one city out of another.” Then she sent me a message on FB day before yesterday saying “reached out to another supplier to do the multi city.” Seriously!!! I would never in a million years recommend her to anyone. And I have all the text and FB messages to prove it. I am extremely disappointed in her and the days she wasted for me. Very unprofessional business!
