Hands down the best travel agent around! Tom is so personable and responsive, always there to chat when you have questions. I myself am very particular and Tom put up with my 5000 questions with ease. He didn’t make me feel as if it was a bother at all and explained the silliest of questions that I had. He even checked in with me when I got on my cruise to see if I was happy with everything! Amazing service… All that being said, do not hesitate to call Tom, in fact, I’m about to call him again for my next cruise/vacation to Europe, whichever comes first!

I had the pleasure of working with Tom and the very first cruise I booked. My wife and I did a 7 night on Carnival and Tom was extremely kind and helpful throughout the whole process. He himself is a cruiser, so he didn't have a problem answering any question I could throw at him. He wasn't worried about upselling everything, he gave me honest opinions about what was worth it, what wasn't and everything in between. The entire process of booking was handled seamlessly through him. He was also very responsive after booking too. Not many people love what they do and get to work in that area, but Tom is one of those people that does and it shows in how he talks to others about cruises. I highly recommended Tom, especially for newer cruisers.

We met our travel agent Tom Hollembaek thru my sister. He is amazing and help us find the perfect cruise and arranged our flights, accommodation in Rome and excursions. Couple of weeks before traveling our cruise was canceled by MSC but Tom promptly found us another cruise ship with Costa. Our trip was exceptional and we were able to make beautiful memories. Costa Toscana was a bit different as is an Italian cruise ship but we did had a good time. We want to thank Tom for helping me and my family in having a good time and we will book with him again.
