I couldn’t be happier with Cross Creek Ranch and everything they did to make my wedding absolutely perfect. The vendors provided in the package—food, cake, music, and floral—were equally exceptional and exceeded my expectations.

Cross Creek Ranch helped give me the wedding of my dreams. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of this venue and its staff.

The venue itself is simply stunning, and the grounds are well-maintained. After our initial tour, we fell in love with the Enchanted Forest ceremony space and the Carriage House Stable, and it was very easy to get our wedding date booked and contracts signed.

My wedding had to be postponed from October 2024 to January 2025 due to Hurricane Milton. During the process of deciding to reschedule my wedding, the team was so transparent with me, and I absolutely felt like Bonnie, the owner, and Holly, the general manager, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and happy with our new wedding date. I cannot thank these two enough!

The entire coordination staff was very responsive throughout the planning process. It didn’t matter if I needed help reviewing wedding insurance or needed a recommendation for a vendor; the CCR team was just an email, and they always replied quickly. Lisa and the entire design team are incredible, and they really think about everything. The decor and flowers for our wedding turned out even better than I could have imagined. Their silk florals are very high quality and allow you to have as many florals as you want.

Our day-of coordinator, Valerie, was the absolute best. She was so sweet and took care of literally everything. My husband and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing and could just spend the evening enjoying ourselves. The other staff, including Amber, Trish, and Breonna, were so unbelievably helpful; they made sure my dress looked perfect, my veil was secured well, and even helped fix the bustle on my dress before the reception. I really don’t know what I would have done without them!

All of the vendors that Cross Creek uses are exceptional. Catered by Vesh, Alta Fluera, Grant Hemond and Associates, and Alessi Bakery were all phenomenal, and the Cross Creek Ranch staff took care of a lot of the communication for these vendors, which was a huge help. Cross Creek’s preferred vendor list helped me find the perfect fit for my photographer, hair and makeup artist, musicians, and officiant. They have really thought of it all when it comes to giving couples every resource possible to plan the perfect wedding.

We had my daughter's wedding at Cross Creek Ranch earlier this month, with the ceremony in the Enchanted Forest and the reception in the Carriage House Stable, and we could not have been happier with the venue, wedding, and the 12 months of planning time with Cross Creek staff.

We chose Cross Creek after Googling "all-inclusive wedding venues" in Florida and visiting during an Open Venue event. We fell in love on the open venue day and knew we didn't need to look any further. The beautiful main house for getting ready, the charming brick paths, picturesque bridge, magical oaks in the Enchanted Forest, and the rustic elegance of the fully air-conditioned Carriage House Stable made Cross Creek feel like a secluded, warm, and inviting retreat for her special day.

For the next 12 months, Cross Creek staff ushered us through the planning process with well-timed and spaced out virtual and in-person meetings. They made the process effortless and manageable. Lisa was a dream to work with for the decor and design, and made my daughter's classic, elegant vision come to life after just one design session.

A few weeks before the wedding, we met Valerie, the day-of wedding coordinator via phone, and knew we were in expert hands. She and her team handled every single little detail at the rehearsal and on the wedding day with extreme love, joy, and kindness. It was an effortless, enjoyable experience for us all. She even handled a few sticky family situations very discretely and adeptly and made sure my daughter's day and requests were executed exactly as she envisioned. Valerie is a gem!

We could not have been more pleased with Vesh Catering and her cake from Alessi. So many guests commented on the quality of both, which is rare for wedding food. Flower bouquets by Alta Fleura were stunning.

I am a planner, with quite a bit of event planning experience, and am incredibly detail-oriented and feared I would be focused on logistics on my daughter's special day, but I was able to soak in every glorious moment, mingle at cocktail hour, enjoy a delicious meal, and dance the night away on the dance floor without a care.

I cannot say enough about our amazing Cross Creek experience. I would whole-heartedly recommend this beautiful, special place and its superb staff, contractors, and vendors. ❤

Our wedding day was the most amazing day ever!!! We have been planning our wedding for 2 years, so my expectations were quite high when it came to how the day would go. It was absolutely perfect! Cross Creek is the most beautiful venue and there were so many people working to make sure our day went smoothly. Me and my husband felt very taken care of on our wedding day, but also throughout the entire process of wedding planning. People would ask me if I was stressed about wedding planning and the honest answer was always no because Cross Creek does it all for you!! They really nailed my vision for our day, which is saying something because I am very picky. Our wedding coordinator, Holly, was amazing! All of our guests were very impressed with the venue and the staff. If you are looking for a gorgeous all inclusive venue where they really take care of you, look no further than Cross Creek.

Cross Creek is a literal dream come true. At first we were a little intimidated by the price, but everything included and the exceptional service we received made it absolutely worth every penny. The package included catering as well as floral, and you can feel confident in these as well as their other preferred vendors. This venue is able to transform to match whatever style you can imagine. Traditional or themed, the space is clean and classy and their designers will listen to what YOU want and tailor every detail down to the furniture in order to fully realize your vision. The staff is attentive, friendly, and of course professional. They made us feel special with each interaction. Holly is amazing. There were some staff changes during our planning, but we were so happy to have our event land in her exceptionally capable hands. Her warm enthusiasm matched our excitement and it is clear she is passionate about what she does. Cross Creek set a high standard for quality and made the whole planning process as well as the event itself practically stress-free! Overall we felt truly pampered, and my mother highly recommends them: so you can focus on enjoying your special day, and confidently let Cross Creek handle the rest.

I have been so blessed to have attended a wedding here, as well as get the opportunity to second shoot 3 weddings here.

The staff literally thinks of everything, from checking on you getting ready, to having fans for the couples to say cool on hott days, and even bug spray.

The details are the reception NEVER disappoint and always look like they came out of a magazine!

I see how attentive they are to their couples as well as for vendors: you never have to ask to be fed!

I toured several venues when planning for my wedding. When I saw this property I knew instantly this was the place I wanted to start my forever. Little did I know how horrible my experience would be. From lack of communication with their team to the worst “day of coordinator” who should’ve quit years ago!
The property markets itself as an all-inclusive venue.

Getting married for the first time is overwhelming enough but not knowing what to expect out of lack of familiarization is nerve wrecking. From the start the venue DID NOT explain the details of their packages and what they include. Which we didn’t realize until the day of the wedding. Their accountant sent emails telling us we were overdue on monthly payments (which incur fees) when in fact were paid long before due dates. The lack of communication until a month before the wedding was exhausting considering both my husband and I are first responders and were unable to do last minute meetings or provide them last minute details due to our schedules. They requested information that could’ve been provided months in advance.

As for the day of, our getting ready space/ bridal suite had a fridge stocked with another weddings food. We were constantly reminded by their incompetent day of coordinator what fees would be charged should we damage or dirty their property. She didn’t show up until two hours before the ceremony so we had no direction no guidance no one to check with for multitude of questions. There was no sense of time management so I missed my bouquet toss entirely. The worst was being made to feel that my bridal party and I were unwelcome and needed to leave immediately! Another wedding happened to be on the same day so of course my vendors got lost (though they were provided a specific address). The staff were exceptionally rude and those vendors refused to return to Cross Creek.

I do not recommend this venue for any bride which is such a shame considering how gorgeous the property is. The worst was after speaking directly with the venue manager about all these issues, the only compensation they could offer was a gift card to dinner which still never received!
