Whoa! This place is so Florida! If you ever wanted to understand some of the native reptiles, make an appointment with the whole family. Our guide, Alex, was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through learning about the different species, especially the difference between an alligator and crocodile. The animals tend to be less active in the colder months. We were able to hold a snake in the beginning and finished up with holding an alligator at the end. Feeding the tortoises and alligators were also an amazing highlight of the experience. Don't forget cash to tip your guide!

The quintessential gator experience for a Northerner. Had an off day from working the Florida State Fair and went with a buddy on a whim. Booked a tour with Kiana and had the single greatest time in my 11 days of stay. Her tour led our small group through a ton of fun facts with charm, and left me with a drive to want to learn and do more.

Alexander was great and handled an unexpectedly large group like a champ! Fun, short tour with some fun facts sprinkled throughout. Definitely feels like these animals are getting the care they deserve/need. Would recommend to any families passing through on vacation!

We had a group with adults and younger children. Experience was great for everyone! Our tour guide Alexander was super friendly and knowledgeable, willing to answer any questions we had. Tour was very educational and hands on….the little ones loved it! Well worth the money and would do this again!

Our family of 4 booked a same day tour with Alexander. It was just us, so we ended up with a private tour. Alexander was super knowledgeable about the various animals they had and especially about the impacts of feeding wild animals which cause dependency on humans feeding them. It was a bit rainy and you could hear lightning but nothing prepared us for the sounds of the alligators bellowing in the back. They were super loud, like a pack of Harleys revving up. We got to hold Pearl, the cornsnake, feed the turtles and alligators, hand feed Patrick, the Sulcata tortoise, and finish up the tour with holding Smiley, the alligator. It was a great experience and recommend it.

I really enjoyed the guided tour. we got more than what we were expecting! it was about -.5-2 hours. we saw so many animals! we even got to feed some of them. our guide was Kiana, she was friendly and gave us a lot of information about each animal while still not overloading our minds with the fun details. the value is worth what you get! make sure to some bug spray. we forgot our but luckily the couple on the tour with us let us have some of theirs side note: Tortuga the macaw is the best. I played some music for him and he was dancing to “Cuban Pete” and “Sandman. “ he kicked off a great tour.
