When I finally decided to replace my 20+ year old A/C unit, (which never fully cooled the house) I reached out to Creature.

I knew one of their long-term workers (in passing) through mutual friends and I'd heard him speak of working for Creature in the past. I knew him to be an honest and trustworthy person in general, and I'd heard him speak well of his employers in off-the-clock/no-stakes/casual conversation. Generally, good/honest people don't last long at crooked companies, so I felt confident in trusting Creature to treat me fairly rather than as an "easy mark" (I'm a woman with little/no technical knowledge). I believe that I made the right decision.

The workers took the time to explain the process, give me options, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. No pressure at all!!

The work was done impeccably and very quickly. They even fixed a separate venting issue that I had been assured was "fixed" by the seller of my home many years ago (spoiler: it wasn't fixed...just camouflaged).

Excellent communication and fast/top notch work! I am very pleased with everything they did! For the very first time, I'm confident that my home will stay cool this summer! I'm so grateful for that!
