1 star for equipment we rented. We rented 15 white chairs for the bridal shower and the chairs are filthy. Looks like it handled by an auto mechanic with the dirty oily greasy hands. We spent over an hour cleaning the chairs with a big box of magic erasers. I wish I can upload some pictures on this review. The good part about this rental for us is the lady we spoke with and she is very professional and easy to deal with.

His driver of the Naples route is an aggressive driver driving he throws the cars at people as if he were the owner of the road he presses the doorbell for everything seeing that there is traffic on the road he does not respect he would say that it is an animal but I can not offend a noble creature and compare it with that type of bad driver

We rented equipment for an outdoor wedding. They were amazing from start to finish. Couldn't have done it without them. Diane's knowledge and guidance was much appreciated. The whole team was professional, helpful and just absolutely the best. We had the best experience with them, could not have asked for anything better.

I was quite dismayed by the whole experience. I tried requesting chairs through their web app, and I had to do it twice, because there's something very wrong with the process. It doesn't even tell you how much they will be. I had to call and verify to expedite the process. When I picked up the chairs, the guys from the warehouse seemed disorganized and kept telling me to pull out and then in and out. The chairs made my whole car smell like B.O.. Not sure how, because they were white metal folding fanback chairs. I complained twice, and was told the owner would get back to me, but they never did. Oh yeah, and we got the very same chairs from another rental company, and finally realized that from a year ago, they charged us 1/3 of what this place charged. So yeah, pretty disappointed.

Rented a Sterno Hotbox. Door hinge was broken so it wouldn’t stay warm. Otherwise nice ppl.
