Cre8ive Event Rentals was hired as the rentals company for a wedding in the desert where I was the Wedding Planner earlier this month! Their team was wonderful to work with! This was the second event I have worked with them for this year and again, I was thrilled with the result! They were recommended to me by a venue which is always a great sign! They have a huge selection of rentals which is very helpful because the conference I planned in a building required very different items than the wedding in the desert -- and they had exactly what we needed for both!

The venue where the wedding reception was held was very unique and required additional communication to ensure vendors could access it. I communicated with both Clint and Gina. Both were helpful! When we needed to make changes about delivery & setup, I spoke with Gina on the phone multiple times and she went out of her way to make changes for us, communicate with her team, add it to the rental, and email me an updated invoice!

Their delivery & setup team was on time (even early!) and setup so FAST! They checked in with me multiple times to ensure it was setup the way the client and I had envisioned it and was ready for the bride & groom's arrival and it was! When they came for clean up, they were also so fast and efficient! I will definitely continue recommending and working with them in the future!

We used this place for the first time for our place of business. Needed 50 folding chairs is all but the service was excellent!
They helped load and unloaded and when we somehow only returned 43 of the 50 chairs, there polite and professional supervisor, offered to have them pick them up for us.
They go above and beyond in customer service!
We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful Service! Due to short notice and busy season was unable to find any event rentals to meet my needs - and half didn't even call me back or respond to my request. Cre8ive was able to get me everything I needed, provided a wonderful and quick crew to set up and take down. I will definitely use again!
