DO NOT PRE PAY. The WILL NOT REFUND your money even in a storm. They took us out 30 min after thundering rainstorms n all the families were afraid n complained they wanted their money back. The girls up front were EXTREMELY RUDE to us. They gave us the equivalent of the middle finger n would not let us talk to the owner. The OBNOXIOUSlY RUDE BLONDE girl at the front desk actually had the audacity to tell one lady the owner is laying in bed n won’t bother answering your email. They refused to give us her ph #. They didn’t care that we were afraid for our safety. They WOULD NOT REFUND us even though we all felt we ere going into dangerous waters. You had the option to lose your money or your life. . They did not care. The trip itself was not at all worth the money even in good weather. The pics are lies. The inflatables are very small n unimpressive. The whole experience was awful. I regret that i did not video that rude blonde n posted it on youtube.

The pictures are FALSE ADVERTISING. There are no floats or bounces because of changes to regulations. Also when we booked 3 kayaks and gave my debit card information and went to pick them up they didnt have our reservation at all. And when we called for directions to find the 4x6 little hut amongst all the other little huts, she was rude and wouldn't help at all. Went up to Kitty Hawk Kites 20ft away and THEY WERE AMAZING.

Worst customer service ever. I rented 2 kayaks and my back strap came undone while at crab island. My friend and I tried to fix it but couldn't so we decided to try to padel without back support but couldn't at all... it's very hard. We eventually started dragging out to sea and we called the company for help and they said to try to go to land but we couldn't because of the currents. After dragging out further and further to sea despite our paddling we finally got a boat to help and they called the sheriff to bring us back to land. When I called, the lady did not offer to call the Sherrif, didn't tell us that if we blew our whistle people by law would have to help us. She simply said paddle to land.... which was very far and impossible to do. Never again will I book with them. They were no help when I was being dragged out to sea. Rent from someone else that cares about you and not just the money.

Had a great time! James hooked us up and gave great instructions on how to get to crab island. You get a 2 seater clear kyak that wont flip easily. You get a sand bag on rope to fill as an anchor also! (Very helpful) Didnt even need a reservation because we was very early in the day. ✌

Called ahead to rent a clear kayak for my birthday but upon arrival I was informed the location did not have my reservation saved 🙁

Not to worry - the guy on duty quickly got us a kayak and we were on the water! 5 stars for great service and value! Can't wait to return!

I called to make reservations, the woman who answered was so rude and unprofessional. I will let everybody I know to stay away from this place. I'm a local here and if u gonna let your employees talk the way they did to me,then this company needs be shut down. To many good local people here to have a bad apple like this one .
