This experience was an absolute blast. I came here with a group of friends and first time kayakers and we all had an amazing time traversing the rushing waters as it pushed us along the river. The entire route takes about 3 hrs when gone at a leisurely pace or when ,like us , you get caught in every rock or obstacle imaginable 🤣. The waters are pretty tame so don't expect a heart pounding adrenaline filled adventure with waterfalls and near death encounters it's definitely child friendly and don't be fooled tandem kayaks are much more difficult to maneuver than the single person .

We had an amazing time rafting! Zach was our raft guide for half of our crew and Charlotte was the guide for the other half. Both were so much fun! I have been a few times, but most of our crew were first timers. Now, they want to go back. Zach even carried our boat back. All of the staff were phenomenal and very organized. I definitely recommend this place for rafting.

BSA Troop 4 Hopkinton, MA had an awesome time on the river. The River guides were super knowledgeable on their craft and the rapids, guided us for safety and teamwork to have the most fun!! Food back at the base was just as amazing on the banks of the river. The support team and admins were super helpful and engaging. We had fantastic time and no doubt be back with some new scouts and I’m sure with some repeats!!

We went White Water Rafting last week and had an amazing time. We thought the day would be crappy because of the rain but it made it more enjoyable and the mists made it more picturesque. Our guide Ethan was awesome!! He was full of knowledge, funny and personable. We had such a great experience and I can’t wait to do it again. Keep up the great work!

Our family had such a spectacular time! This was an absolute highlight of our trip and well worth the visit! Our white water rafting guide ( Courtney) was very knowledgeable and was such a gracious host! We felt so welcomed from our initial call when booking the reservation to actually arriving. It’s a family run business and we really enjoyed meeting them all and the pride they took in their business. We decided yo stay the night and the accommodations were comfortable and very convenient. The rafting itself was so much fun and perfect for all levels. We were also served breakfast and a delicious lunch. The facilities were very comfortable with showers for after rafting and lots of activities on site. All the guides were so friendly and welcoming. We loved getting to chat with many of them! We can’t recommend this experience enough! Looking forward to doing it again!

The moment we got there, we was quickly greeted and instructed where to park. Our friendly guide Kevin came to my car and showed us where to go to register our name and sign waivers. The staff inside was super nice and even had a secure place with my name on it for me to leave my car keys. After registering we was allowed to explore the area and play and run around on the nice long stretch of grass by the river. Afterwards we was all fitted with correct life vest and proper helmets and given correct paddles for our size. Then we got on the bus to head up the river. At the top there was a short walk to get to the raft and we was instructed how to sit and where to sit, once properly inside the raft off we go. I won't spoil much of what happens on the river so you can experience the beauty of it yourself. The river ride was just incredible! One of the best times of my life, me and the boys loved every moment of it and didn't want it to end. Our guide Kevin was just the best, he gave us clear instructions and pointed out all the different features of the river and kept on eye out for wild life and alerted us when he saw one. That's all I'll say for the river ride so you can experience the magic of it for yourself when you come. After the ride we took the bus back to the cabin and got dressed in the changing room. After we changed we all sat down outside by the river for lunch, the food and drinks was really good. After lunch we went inside the cabin to look at photos.

Highly recommend this experience for anyone who wants some thrills in their life. The Crab Apple team was awesome, everyone was very friendly and approachable. The rafting was intense and exciting, the lunch options were good and the food was home cooked and amazing. Also, the slideshow at the end had everyone cracking up. Such a fun time, would love to make this a yearly trip!
Our guide Charlotte made the whole trip that much better, too. She was very funny and riffed with my group the whole time, she was super personable and cool. And, no one went overboard. She was an excellent captain of the raft!
10/10 experience!!

I can't say enough about Crabapple Whitewater - the rooms are clean and cozy, the grounds are gorgeous and relaxing, the food is fantastic ... but the best part is the staff, seriously the nicest people you'll ever meet it's like hanging out with people you've known forever. The actual raft trip was an absolute blast, we were lucky to go on a dam release day and had bald eagles flying overhead. Courtney was our guide and homegirl knew her stuff. We were joined by 2 members of the staff (Connor and Lilly) to fill our boat and they were just such fun people who had us laughing the whole time while sharing cool info about the river. You can tell they love what they do. I can't wait to go back with my family, best and most laid back easy peasy vacation ever.
