The ride in the bay is one of the most wonderful experiences I've ever had!

Really loved our experience. The horses are beautiful and strong and docile. My horse kept blowing bubbles and kept cozing up to one of the other horses and scratching her neck- So cute. Our guide Reina was really fun too, she told us the stories of eah one of the rescue horses and and kept joking thoughout the experience. You can tell the company really cares about the horses and they try to make experience unforgetable for the guests.

Swimming with horses is something I will never forget and will cherish forever!!

The horses are absolutely lovely and so well trained and behaved.

The staff are amazing , helpful and committed to providing care for their beautiful horses. C Ponies is definitely a great organization that focuses on rehabilitation of horses while offering this wonderful experience for the public!

You don’t need any experience with horses to do this and the staff make everything a breeze .

Definitely get the photos if possible!

I booked a swim about a year ago with a friend while on vacation. Seriously one of the best experiences! I always meant to write a review after the ride however, life happened and I forgot. I kept the card with our guides name on it in my wallet as a reminder to write a review. Firstly, our guide, Raina, was fantastic! She was a great guide and had a fun personality. She matched us with a horse depending on our personalities. She also told us the rescue story of each of our horses. Another really great part of the experience was with my horse specifically. She was a sweetheart and LOVED to blow bubbles in the water - she did this the entire time and it made me giggle! We were also given the opportunity to stand on top of the horses (while in the water) This was a really cool experience as I have grown up around horses but never stood on top of one. My friend and I were the only ones brave enough to do it in our group. It was one of the funnest experiences and my friend and I will definitely do it again when we go back!

Ticked an amazing experience off my bucket list today.
Mark, our guide, was fun cool and informative. The horses are so well loved and looked after. They genuinely enjoy swimming.
My horse was the carousel horse and enjoyed spending lots of time on his back legs.🤣
I was concerned about doing this activity as a solo but I met two other lovely women who were also on their own and we had such a blast.
I am so thrilled I did this and I would say to anyone else considering it … just do it, you will not regret it, and it will become one of your most treasured memories.
I loved every minute of it.
Just a tip, definitely go for the photo package. I got some incredible pictures.

If you've never ridden before or have experience under the saddle, this business offers the most relaxing, fun, and unique experience. My favorite part is they are very lucky rescues that have been given a second chance at a wonderful life. There's many rescues horses out there that need homes but I don't think people realize the cost, time, training and trust it takes to get these beautiful drum and gypsy vanner horses back to health again and work with them to trust total strangers on their backs swimming in deep water. I've ridden horses that would make a scene about walking through a puddle. You can not make a 1500lb horse do something they dont enjoy without training and trust. These gentle giants love their jobs. Our head rider Mark was fun, knowledgeable, and friendly and took some great pictures for us with a reasonably priced photo package. So there is no need to risk your phone dropping in the water and just relax and enjoy the moment. I road a mare named Marina. She listened to me, rode well, and had this cute habbit when standing still to bend her neck around and touch my foot with her nose as to say.. squeeze those legs, and let's go! I would highly recommend this organization!
