The staff is top-notch, the rooms are very clean and for the most part updated. There were a couple outlets that were broken, and the water pressure could have been better.

As far as food goes, it was not impressive at all. The breakfast was not included, and was à la carte. I have no problem paying for a pricey breakfast if the food is good, but it was not. I made sure I picked something up from the market nearby to put in the mini fridge.

I was told that they were planning on upgrading the menus both morning and evening sometime later this month. So I'm not sure if the experience will be the same for people who come later in April. My suggestion is to stock up on snacks as well since the options were not that varied nor great.

Parking was no problem on the property the first two nights I was here. The third night there was not one parking spot to be had. After circling around for 20 minutes I called the front desk and they said that everything was booked. And that I could park across the street if I could find something, otherwise if there was a handicap spot I could park there which didn't thrill me. I decided I found a little spot that I could make into my own parking spot. I took a picture to make sure that it would be okay and the front desk clerk said it would be. I felt bad because there are other people that were also in my shoes, and did not find a good place to park.
To be fair there is a civic center nearby, and I'm guessing they must have been some type of event for it to be this busy on a Tuesday evening.

Even though I have experienced these little hiccups that were annoying, I will stay here the next time I am in town for sure. As stated previously the staff was really nice. Everyone was so friendly, and tried to be as a accommodating as they could.

Speaking of annoyances, they had a fire alarm company checking all the fire alarms in the building for each room. While definitely annoying, it was well worth the annoyance to know that the Worcester Marriott courtyard takes the safety of their guest seriously. In the past I have stated some other branded properties that actually made me wonder how safe it actually was. So this was definitely a plus.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Was very clean. Nice area to lounge and bar area was great. Good service also. Parking was good but not covered so we had snow on our car. Great location- was easy to get places. Would stay here again if in the area. Nice to be able to grab food at the hotel.

Nicely equipped and clean. Everything you need. Take the time to ask the staff if you need any recommendations. Clarissa, Kassandra, Sam and Shawna not only helped but went the extra mile! Really made our trip!||Employees reflect a really strong and positive culture to your business. Keep it up!!!

Rooms were very clean and spacious. My only con is that they have not upgraded to smart TVs yet.

The portions in the Bistro were much larger than the menu photos. Very tasty! Note that the menu on the TVs in front are not the same as the paper menu. In the evening, you have to order at the bar to pick up at the Bistro.

Was told an incidental fee would be returned to my card. Here I am 4 weeks later still trying to get my money back. Now they are saying 15$ dollars was for parking on site, but the hotel has no record of My plate number nor was I informed of this hidden fee. So the 40$ incidental charge is now 8$ and I have to contact my bank to get the money back, that the hotel took. I've called over 4x for this issue, I've called cooperate to no avail. Imagine all the 'incidental fees' that are taken and never returned. What a racket, save your self the time and stay somewhere else. These people will smile and rob you and pretend to help you look for the money they took.

Noise from floor above kept me awake until midnight. Breakfast was overcooked. Conditioner was empty even after maid service. Parking lot is cramped. Neighborhood is iffy.

Courtyard Worcester is your standard Courtyard.

Rooms are clean and comfortable and contain the basics. You can definitely hear your neighbors and people in the halls though.

The parking lot is tiny and is a nightmare to park in if you arrive later in the evening. And they charge you for parking, but you might not even be able to find a space.

Staff try, but the hotel is understaffed. I was overcharged and tried calling to have it corrected, but front desk never returned my call.
