I called the property before arriving to ensure accuracy. A gentleman by the name of Hyland assisted me. He ensured my stay details were accurate and gave me world class service I normally receive at 5 Star Forbes locations. My BONVoYfamily has never let me down. I will be back to make sure Christian at the bar takes care of my breakfast again. Hyland and Christian were amazing and truly made me feel super comfortable. Managers should speak with theses employees to acknowledge their amazing efforts. However, the conversation should not be limited to a “pat on the back”. The conversation deserves to go deep into appreciation, as they dug super deep to provide the world class service. This is far from a 5star resort. But Hyland and Christian definitely have the craft of making people feel like it is. Thanks again

This has been hands down one of my favorite "Stay to Play" hotels. The rooms were nicely kept, and the pool was functioning. It's literally rite off Route 5 and surrounded by everything from Aldi to CVS and restaurants. There is plenty of parking, friendly staff that thankfully didn't push the hotel app, and the beds are beyond comfortable. Seriously, my son is still talking about the beds 🤣. Also don't sleep on the food. The Tater Tot breakfast bowl is phenomenal.
Here is what I will say that some of my team may disown me for. I liked that they put their foot down with the kids' shenanigans.
We came as a youth hocky team, and the kids are used to running the hotel show. This place was not having it. No knee hockey in the hall, no kids unsupervised in the gym and no manhunt throughout the hotel.
My cons:
*If you are hosting a youth hockey team, please clear a room for knee hockey it's a BIG thing for tournament hotel stay and will save all of our sanity and contain the beasts.
*The wifi is awful. We were running off apps that tell us everything from our next rink to meal meet-ups and this made it difficult. My son couldn't log onto his Google classroom for school assignments. The lobby was better but still not super efficient.
*The placement of the hotel soap/shampoo in the shower is not ideal. If the heads are straight, be prepared for scratches. Those definitely need to be reconsidered.
*We had a pool issue with other guests. Looks like they booked a pool party, and not only did a few of their kids not mesh with ours the older boys were throwing items across the pool, when asked by an adult to stop or toss alongside the pool they got mouthy and disrespectful. None of the adults from that party even tried to control the situation, and we were informed the party was being hosted by a hotel employee, which appeared to make the older kids feel like they had the upper hand.
I did not allow my son to utilize the pool after that evening, but IF that was the case, hotel staff should attempt parties when the hotel isn't hosting these kinds of events.
Hands down, I would stay here again.

Clean and comfortable with great food and beverage dining options right in the lobby- honestly, the best pita bread and hummus I’ve ever had- who would have thought? The hotel also has a pretty amazing workout room with great options for weights stretching, etc. overall a great value with very friendly service!

New, clean, very friendly staff, solid food and great location! Two minor issues - it was a little on the chilly side in the lobby and the room had one of those showers that only had one glass pane and the other side was open. Which meant the floor got wet on the open side...we've stayed in other hotels with these types of showers and just don't get it

The staff is hands down the friendliest I have met at a hotel. Shakeia, Zenaida and Hayden (I’m sorry if I am spelling that incorrect) made me feel at home. I was up there for a class and I always felt so welcomed coming back to the hotel. I can’t thank you enough!

We were in town for a funeral and needed a place to stay just for the night. We had been traveling for almost 24 hours straight when we arrived and we were greeted by the SWEETEST woman at the front desk. The lobby and rooms were beautiful and clean and the beds were so comfortable! After such a difficult couple of days we were so happy to have had such a pleasant hotel experience.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard West Springfield in West Springfield, MA, and had a positive experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, which is always a top priority for me. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, making my arrival stress-free.

One of the highlights of my stay was the gym, conveniently located right next to the lobby. It was well-equipped and made it easy to maintain my workout routine while traveling.

My room was clean and comfortable. Although the suite didn’t feel particularly luxurious, the main benefit was the separate living and bedroom areas, which provided a good amount of space to relax and work.

Overall, while this hotel may not offer a luxury experience, it is the perfect business hotel. The cleanliness, convenient amenities, and efficient service make it an ideal choice for business travelers. I would definitely stay here again for business purposes.

The rooms are not bad, typical of a lower-cost hotel. The service at the food/bar is bad. The girl acting as bartender spend the entire time on a phone call, barely paying attention to the customers and taking forever for simple orders like a glass of wine. They also advertise specialty ingredients on the bar menu, but don't have any of them. For $12 to $13 a cocktail, it's not worth the price when you can walk across the parking lot for a real bar.
