This is the best Courtyard we've ever stayed at. We've stayed here many many times. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. We rented the Harborview room for our wedding reception and Elise Perez, their wedding coordinator, worked with us every step of the way and helped us plan an amazing wedding in 2 months! And the day of, staff was extremely nice and helped us set up the room. Our bartender Bryan was also very nice and helped our guests have a great time!
Thank you, Courtyard Mad Beach team, for making our wedding weekend to be such an unforgettable experience! We love staying at this property!

Lovely hotel! Very clean, pleasant interior and absolutely beautiful heated pool with view of the docks. Very friendly and helpful staff and reasonably priced for the quality. My only small complaint was the food and drinks at their hotel restaurant were quite mediocre but service was friendly there too.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The location is incredibly scenic, with breathtaking views and so much to do nearby. The hotel itself is packed with amenities, though a few were understandably unavailable due to recent hurricane Milton. Still, there was plenty to enjoy, including a great in-house restaurant and the convenience of a Starbucks right on-site. And with several amazing restaurants just steps away, dining options were endless!

The only small downsides were the lack of included breakfast and a $12 daily parking fee, but everything else made it well worth it. I’d highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed here after the hurricanes to help friends clean up their home that had been devastated. The management and staff were amazing. They had tables set up with donations for victims. I was able to pick up items for neighbors who lost everything! ||The room was larger than most most hotels and very clean and comfy. Only downfall was storage was limited considering the size of the room. They could use a few more drawers.

Better than some full service Marriott's and J.W. Marriott's! The hotel is right on the water and has a great pool and hot tub. Service was great, too. 5 minutes after I'd gotten to my room the front desk called to make sure everything was good - I'd never had that happen at a Marriott property before. Also really, really appreciated their flexibility. I had to cancel the rest of the week due to an impending hurricane, and they were more than accommodating. This will be my hotel every time I'm in the Tampa area!

This is my all time favorite hotel! I am a titanium member and stay here, even if I have to drive to Orlando or Ft. Meyers for work, it is worth it. Bryan and Shelley at the front desk are amazing so be sure to ask for one of them on check in! There is a Legion Hall also right next door. Publix grocery, McDonalds, Slyce and Angry Pepper restaurants all within walking distance. Get the pool/water view as it is amazing, especially at sunset. Easy access to the gulf beaches within 5-10 minutes and Johns Pass. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi that has all be redone. Only downside is usually only 1 elevator of the 2 are working at any given time and they are slow. Highly recommend this hotel!

When we are in town this is were we always stay. The staff is the best and is always friendly and helpful. It’s near the beach but super convenient to get to anywhere in the Bay Area from there. The rooms were always cleaned and taken care of everyday. A special thank you to Shelli at the front desk. She is such a joy and always helpful when we are there. Thank you Courtyard for always making our vacations special.

Stayed here a couple times in the last few weeks. Very clean and friendly hotel. Parking was great under cover to keep car cool. Great atmosphere and hotel had very friendly ppl. Ate at bar one night during rainstorm and not bad. Pool area very nice and quiet. Will definitely go back.
