I went to have peace and quiet and work remotely while I grieved loss of a family member. Despite asking more than 4x to have managed contact me they didn't. I couldn't get a hot shower all week long. Even after running the water for a long time the water was tepid at best in sinks or shower. The telephone didn't work all week nor did the light over the sink. Despite having maintenance come things never got fully resolved. Maintenance said they'd bring an egg crate topper in the morning, I got nothing. The beds were so uncomfortable I had to take ibuprofen during the night to offset the pain. The hot tub was down part of the week and the hours were cut short on use so I had to change my schedule if I wanted some contact with warmer water for the week. On check in my first room had ants running around the kitchen. When I was in the indoor hot tub then I had giant ants running around the top of the hot tub. The desk workers were pleasant and helpful as much as they could be. Maintenance said management would comp me time to offset my aggravation, That never happened.

I should have read the reviews before booking, they will try to bill you extra for whatever they want to even if it wasn't you. Good thing I took pictures, the couch had a rip in it when we got there and they tried to blame us for it. The pool is only open till 5. They wouldn't let us edit our stay so that we didn't have to pay an extra $150 dollar cleaning fee every time we rebooked. The location was nice, the loud neighbors and shallow walls and ceilings that you can hear through were not.
Make sure you take pictures of the room or else they will try to bill you a LOT of money.

The staff upon arrival were not friendly and the room we were in had a really bad odor. During our 7 day stay our room was never checked on or cleaned and we had to go find clean towel and wash rags. I didn’t believe you could ever have a bad wash rag until I experienced what they had to offer. The mattress was also very uncomfortable. The entire facility needs major renovations.

Check in was carried out by lovely lady. Unfortunately no lift and had a third floor apt so we had to lug a lot of luggage up three flights of stairs. Clean but very basic, dated motel with one room. Plenty of parking and with easy walking distance in Hyannis

When we arrived the mini fridge in our room was not working and so the whole room smelled bad. We were moved to a different room which was clean and adequate for what we needed. The place was very close to Main Street and within walking distance to many restaurants, to the JFK Museum, and to the waterfront where the artist shanties were. Also within walking distance to the Hyannis ferries. One thing we had counted on was being able to use the hot tub at the end of each day but it was not working and was never fixed the whole week we were there. Another thing we had counted on was being able to use the outside grill to cook some of our meals on but it was also out of order and never fixed or replaced while we were there. We asked about both of these things several times. Those couple things were disappointing since it's part of what we had paid for.

It was very nice and very convenient to Main St Hyannis, MA.. for shopping and dining. When I checked in and went to my room, i thought they gave me the wrong key. I opened the door and it was not cleaned from the previous occupants. I had to go back down to the desk and wait about 20-25 till they could go and clean the room for me. It was spotless when I went back. The rest of my stay was very enjoyable.

The resort was fine. Cape Cod working class people are amazing, kind, funny and helpful. Spare yourself the trouble of visiting the single most self-important, rude, socially inept out of touch people I’ve had the misfortune of sharing space with. Cape Cod was a dismal disappointing place. Not worth the trip, not worth the gas.

Room was extremely clean. The heating and cooling unit was very noise and the screen on the patio was ripped so couldn't keep the sliding door open to get natural air, the insects wouldn't allow for that.Other than that, it was a great place.
