Wonderful hotel, location and staff. Loved the convenience of the Bistro and Pet friendly. We will definitely be back.

For the most part, I’m a fan of this hotel. The people are polite and courteous, and the rooms are clean. The location is excellent for my travel needs. However, the internet is absolutely atrocious—it’s almost as though it’s still dial-up, it’s so slow. This is the only reason I can’t give this business five stars.

Lucky Crews

The front desk is very rude. If you use points they treat you like a bum. They charge 179 plus a 20 deposit but the fridge doesn’t work coffee maker didn’t work. They charge you wrong but “it’s fine it will go back on your card in 3-21 business days” even when it’s their fault. They also charge 60 a night to use hotel points. The night clerk is helpful but everyone else is rude and condescending! They do not honor the late check outs you request. The a/c in the hallways don’t work. Overall I’ll never stay at Marriott again thanks to this hotel and the way they acted/behaved

BEWARE! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU BOGUS SMOKING FEES!! Stayed here on October 30th and I get a charge today for $450 on my credit card. I call and the girl at the desk said it was for a "Smoke free environment"
I DO NOT EVEN SMOKE!!!
Besides that the room I was in #202 had a stain behind the toilet and in the top right corner that dribbled down the wall.

The manager will straight up call you liar and hang up on you!

This place appears nice, which for the price of a room during the week, it should be. Staff was nice. The mattresses are horrible.
We unpacked all of our things, showered and ready for bed. Get in bed to find a hole wore down in the center of our old wore out mattress. It was late and sure didn’t want to pack up and change rooms at midnight. The most uncomfortable bed I’d ever slept in. I reported it the next morning to hotel staff and was told it would be reported. Heard nothing back. I emailed a few days later to make sure it had been reported, sent pics of the mattress and suggested they sleep where I slept for one night….an apology is what I received after a horrible nights sleep and a backache for days.
We received no discount… I even shared pics of just how deep the hole in the bed was. It was horrible! I’d suggest going elsewhere for a room.

A special person gave me the gift of a relaxing night in the midst of a terrible time. When I arrived I was not the happiest person in the world but Louis, Pete, & Ronnie went out of their way to help me with anything and everything. The kindness and amazing customer service they displayed was above and beyond.
The hotel itself was gorgeous and clean. My room was perfect and I felt comfortable and peaceful and it meant a lot to me. Kindness goes a long way. Thank you to this staff for everything they did. Would highly recommend this hotel for comfort and cleanliness and just to feel at home.

This place was nice and mostly clean. I did have to clean the windows because they were coated in hand/head/face prints. Otherwise it was very quiet, comfortable, and clean. The location is a bit rough and the traffic is confusing.
There was one big problem, which, I have to lower a star rating because of... It says they have a heated pool. They do. But the heater was turned off, and the air conditioner was blowing cold air. The room and water were in the lower 60s. I asked everyday and even called the corporate number, and no one ever did a single thing about it. The gym also had the AC turned on, in the winter, to 67⁰. I was able to wrestle the box off and adjust that one. The only reason I chose this hotel was for the heated pool. Everything else was pretty nice, but I feel like they should have been able to address my concern within the week that I stayed there. Oh.. the regular internet cannot reliably stream one movie. I would ask about upgrading to the high speed.

I cannot recommend this hotel because of the crawling slow internet. It angers me when Hotels Nickle and dime me 🙁 Even the HBOmax TV free service was spinning because the WiFi was so slow!!
