A little inconvenient on how to enter the parking lot at night when coming for the first time, also had a difficult time finding my room after checking in. I was failed to be informed there were two separate sides to the hotel.
Other wise there would be no complaints….
Rooms were clean and quite comfortable.
Service was very good.

Room was on the ground floor looking out onto the car park, which meant that the curtains had to be drawn a lot of the time and we had to have the lights on during the day. The bar area at the reception appeared to be open at the oddest hours and, when it was open, the staff were less than helpful with any request put to them. I would not recommend this hotel and would certainly not stay there again

Would like to leave 5 stars but having room service try coming in our room on a Saturday morning at 830, then 930 when check out is at noon, not cool.
They tried coming in by knocking twice within 15seconds and immediately tried using their card to come in but the deadbolt stopped her both times.
Otherwise the room was clean and the breakfast for our party was great. Thank you.

It was a nice surprise to have a balcony! They let me check in EARLY, like 6 hours so! I just wanted to see if I could store my luggage, and they offered to let me get into my room which was so convenient because my travel companions didn't arrive for a few hours and I was able to chill. I had an issue with my breakfast, and they replaced it entirely. I don't typically review places I stay, but I was so impressed by the customer service that I thought this deserved a shoutout. Also a really nice little walkable path about a quarter mile away. Great stay overall!

Comfortable large room. Comfortable bed. I stayed on the 2nd Floor and I had no noise issue. The location is OK. I stayed there for business. All staff members were nice and helpful. Will stay here again.

I have stayed many times prior to this but this is the last. Me and my family stayed here I spotted red ants and black ants and called front desk and won’t composite anything until exterminator comes which is not my problem I won’t be here when they come in. They refuse to do anything.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Lincolnshire, IL, from Monday to Friday and had a very positive experience. I was upgraded to a one-bedroom suite, which was very nice and clean. The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained, enhancing the overall stay.

One of the standout moments was when an employee proactively adjusted the temperature in the exercise room from 80°F, showing great attention to guest comfort. The parking lot is free, easy to access, and spacious, which was very convenient.

The personalized free water at check-in was a nice touch (I’m titanium status so I’m sure it’s an elite offer, so be loyal! Haha), making me feel welcomed. The hotel is located off the main traffic path, which helps avoid congestion and noise. There is a Starbucks downstairs and a nice bar with ample seating, adding to the convenience and comfort of the stay.

The staff were great throughout my stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. It's a great place for a comfortable and convenient stay in Lincolnshire.
