I stayed here for a business trip with several coworkers, and we all had very different experiences. Most of the rooms were fine; however, the air conditioning in a few of our rooms was unreliable and randomly shut off. My room did not have a blanket when I arrived, and my coworkers room had a broken TV that displayed the name of several different guests during the entire visit. The hotel does not have a complementary breakfast, though it does have a mini Starbucks in the lobby. They were often out of certain food items when we were there, but the servers were lovely. We stayed for five days and housekeeping never visited our rooms nor did they ever refresh our towels. Because we were here on business this was OK but if we had used the facilities such as the pool, we would’ve run out of towels. Overall, it was a decent place to stay for a business trip as you don’t spend a much time there, but if you’re traveling with family, you may have issues.

Beautifully appointed Courtyard! The service was excellent, especially Theresa! She went above and beyond to ensure we had the room we needed as well as being very polite and welcoming! Her service set the tone for a wonderful stay. Our room was spotless and very comfortable! Lots of amenities we appreciated while traveling on business! A nice indoor pool and exercise room, beautiful outdoor seating with fire pit, great little restaurant offering food and drinks including alcoholic beverages! Laundry facilities were clean and orderly. This is a very lovely Courtyard near lots of shopping! We definitely would stay here again and highly recommend!

Being greeted by the kind staff members was the first thing we experienced walking through the doors. We were just visiting with family members, but the room was very nice and clean. The pool and hot tub were well kept up on. The only complaint we had was the chlorine made our eyes burned, but it is a closed off space.

Went down for the S.O.S. Jimmy Buffet event this past weekend and while a short 14 minute drive from downtown Mobile, staff was awesome, helpful and entire stay was beyond what we expected for the price. In fact, I already had lowered my expectations based just on that and wow was I shocked. I promise if heading to the area, this hotel will surpass all expectations.

I stay in hotels over 100 nights a year, and this one is truly one of the best. The location is excellent, and the service is outstanding.

Front desk associate Masrina was exceptionally friendly and great to talk to during my stay. Her professionalism and warm personality made a lasting impression. She’s exactly the type of person who makes guests feel welcome.

Great location but terrible signage into the lot. I had a hard time getting into and out of my room as the dead bolt would stick. It's very quiet; three nights and I barely heard another person. The hallway rug has seen better days.

Very friendly, well trained staff. Starts at the top. Very accommodating. |Air conditioning is below window, Air blows directly on bed. The rest of room does not get adequate flow. Housekeeping was overwhelmed by full hotel. Did not get room freshing every day. Unless we asked.

Pros: comfy bed, hot showers, nice and cold in the room, unique little couch|Cons: shampoo, conditioner and shower gel bottles needed to be secured to the wall (they looked like they would fall off if you used them) when the AC kicked on, it did make noise. There were no USB ports in the room, the entire hotel needs new carpet. There was no full length mirror-only the one in the bathroom. Lastly, the hallways were very warm.
