Nice hotel with excellent staff. Rae, Yaritza and Samantha at the front desk were always helpful and kind. Pool is lovely. Rooms are spacious. Loved the little balcony though I wish there had been a screen door on the slider. Good location with plenty of restaurants walking distance.

Stayed here for the first time down visiting my dad. Will be staying here every time I come down. Sparkling, clean hotel. Like a Tardis, it's bigger on the inside than it looks. Room was very comfortable for my 5-night stay. Service was excellent. Any concerns, from a requested microwave to extra towels, were quickly addressed with a smile. The inner courtyard and pool were lovely and tranquil! A much-needed respite from the seriousness of my visit. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Just want to say thank you to Rae she is friendly and outgoing and always there to help. We stayed for over a week and every afternoon/evening she greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome. She is attentive and always there to help others. She is an asset to this property as she relocated from NY. Can’t wait to return and see her again. Newly renovated rooms are nice and the pool and hot tub are wonderful. Thanks for your hospitality Rae see you again soon!

Great hotel, with newly updated rooms, a wonderful courtyard with a clean pool and spa, bistro serves great breakfast items as well as drinks and afternoon food options as well. Lobby is warm and welcoming with a business are and staff have been wonderful and polite as well. Spent 7 days here and absolutely enjoyed it. Great place for a overnight, vacation, or family stay.

Very overpriced! Outdated. We booked for 3 nights but plans changed and we only stayed 2 nights. We tried getting a refund for the one night that we didnt stay there. They said it couldnt be done. We called corporate and received the same answer. I find it hard to believe that they “can’t” refund after its booked. Dirty pool. Was told the front desk would send out dry towels to the pool. Waited 1 hr no towels. Had to go in and get them. Had a king bed in the room but it was like they tried to fit queen sheets on the bed. They didnt fit and came undone every night. Air conditioner in the room sound like a jet engine. Very loud hard to sleep. Great area hut service and price are not worth staying here. Look elsewhere.

I stayed here for two nights for Christmas 2024. The hotel was overall fine. Not great, and not terrible. The location is convenient to Boynton and the surrounding area in terms of road access and general location, but it's definitely not a scenic location by any means, being adjacent to a strip mall.
When I stayed, the hotel was in the middle of renovations, which was most evident in the lobby area. Additionally, only one elevator was functional and the second seemed a bit creaky. I didn't have a chance to use any of the hotel amenities, but the bar area looked fine at a glance.
The room seemed to have relatively modern furnishings. Some of it seemed ill thought out - I ran into a knee height dresser in the night which was directly ahead of the entrance/bathroom area. The air conditioning unit was fairly ancient and very noisy.
My room was on the south side of the building and overlooked an alleyway, which was occasionally noisy when trucks passed through. Fortunately, there was not much noise from the street.
Overall, it was fine. This was a convenient location for where I needed to go, but honestly, next time I might spend a few more bucks to stay in downtown Delray.

Positive: Even though the hotel was making improvements, it was still very clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was very comfortable. The only issue I had was the air conditioning was not cooling very well, but not complaints. Negative: Nothing. Even with the air conditioner not working well, when you have staff that was friendly and helpful, it makes up for the bad.

Dreadful!
Kudos for newly renovated rooms.
Everything else needs help!
Hotels is in terrible disrepair including the elevator, looks like the doors in the room were salvaged from a flood.
No towels in room upon checkin, no lock on sliding door, leaking refrigerator in room, TV turns off every 3 minutes, AC sucks, blankets terrible. Seems that Courtyards in general have gone downhill
An embarrassment to the brand!
