Update March 25 - I was charged for a shuttle service that I did not reserve or use. They refused to provide a refund and acknowledge the mistake. Dishonest business. Very disappointing.

Front desk employees are friendly, Bistro not so much. Exact same feedback as my previous experiences months ago.

The breakfast options and taste however were excellent except for the pricing. I paid $50 additional on my room package for two adult breakfast.

Some rooms are recently renovated. Deserve a five star for that.

My stay was so wonderful during a time when my husband had surgery. I was treated so kindly, with empathy and consideration which was so helpful especially with these circumstances. Every single employee I encountered was kind, cheerful, helpful and professional. I could tell this hotel is being managed so well. It was the one of the best stays at a hotel I’ve ever had. It’s very clean, near the train, mall and restaurants. The parking was perfect. For a time that was exceptionally stressful, the manager and staff made my stay a wonderful time. I would stay there any time and recommend it to everyone. It’s so important to feel welcomed and a warmth with a boost of great customer service where a hotel could just be all business and no personality. Not this one. It was so impressive, and I’m very thankful.

Tried the South Boston Courtyard Marriott as a park and fly option out of Logan. It will definitely be our new go to. The young woman behind the desk couldn't have been more pleasant, efficient or quick. I had a big problem of my own making that the shuttle driver solved for me with great kindness and good humor. On return, called the front desk at the hotel for the shuttle (I think it was the same amazing woman) who gave me clear, concise directions on where to meet the driver, his estimated time of arrival and recorded my phone number to pass on to him should our wires cross. And he arrived 10 minutes earlier than estimated! Would highly recommend this team for park and fly Logan, especially if home is south of the city.

The hotel is currently undergoing a renovation. I stayed for a quick one night stay and I was in a newly updated room. It was very lovely and definitely smelled new. Few small engineering issues like a bulb not working, and the door doesn't close all the way by itself, but that's to be expected with a renovation. Small problems that'll get fixed with time. My only issue was with my check in experience. I got a very cold and very "transactional" welcome. I honestly don't think she would have asked for my ID had I not already taken it out to show it to her. I got no details about the property, no wifi info, no bistro hours, nothing. Very disappointed. I did swing by the bistro for dinner to go and the server was fast, friendly and efficient. I'd definitely stay again in the future and give the front desk a chance to redeem themselves.

Positive: The vibe is casual comfortable. The staff are at your service and friendly and they handle all transactions in a professional and friendly way. The rooms are sizable. It has a laundry room. Negative: Construction work is going on on some rooms so it got a bit noisy around 8:00 a.m. A note and not a problem.

We stayed here 4 nights and got 2 rooms. Everyone is very nice! The guy at the front desk (don’t know his name) young male. Is very pleasant. The ladies working at the bistro were super nice to us. We ordered a lot of food one night and everything came out hot and they took really good care of our family of 5!! We ordered almost everything on the menu and the food was very good too!!….The fire alarm went off the day of check out and we stayed until 4p. The house keeping ladies waited for us until we got out of the room with a smile on their faces. We did not feel rushed or kicked out. The hotel is very clean. New carpet throughout. The rooms and general area are all clean. We also used the laundry facility and did not disappoint. We totally loved our stay! Very pleasant place to come with little kids and the family!!!

Great amenities and excellent location. This hotel puts you in walking distance from the Red Line and a large shopping center. You are also driving distance from many points of interest in Boston and the metro area. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is quiet and you can get a good night's sleep. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had a lot more than I was expecting! They even serve breakfast here but it is not included. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Warm friendly counter service, spotless clean room, super comfy bed. The google maps (like most places in Boston lol) instructions weren't very clear but once we got there we were very comfortable. Easy to use the airport shuttle as well! Great spots to eat and shop in walking distance.
