We hosted our wedding party and guests here for our weekend wedding. Everyone was amazing to work with and Elizabeth was extremely responsive and helped with all of our questions. All of the guests loved the hotel rooms, staff, and location. The room I used to get ready in was so large and they set up a floor length mirror and desk/chairs for us to use for hair/makeup. We also used the shuttle to transport the bridal party to the venue and that worked great! The shuttle was on time and warm! The driver was also super friendly. Would highly recommend booking the hotel for guest/wedding party accommodations.

This hotel is located more in the exurbs than the suburbs, exurbs is such a weird word but if the shoe fits…. Despite this, I had an excellent stay. The spacious room is in good condition. There is a comfortable bed, plus quiet yet effective heating and cooling. The lobby is small but well appointed. The hotel is located in a small shopping center which includes a free-standing Starbucks – key! – plus there’s. also a nearby supermarket. Very friendly service. If you have to stay in the Boston boonies, this hotel is an excellent fit.

Booked a hotel 2/16/25 - 2/17/25 and had to reschedule it to 2/22/25 - 2/23/25. Did it on the confirmation email that was sent to me and it said it was confirmed but they never sent another email. Called them to confirm and they said they have nothing on their end. So now I’m stuck having to pay for another room. Must be too busy biting pillows amongst one another instead of working on their website to ensure the best customer service.

We travel quite a bit for sports and this is hands down the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The entire hotel is well kept and clean. Large bathroom and shower. Restaurants, grocery store, movie theater within walking distance. Quiet and quaint.

We held an offsite meeting at this hotel and the staff was great with their support and logistical help. We also had several persons staying a few nights at the hotel and everyone said how pleased they were with the accommodations. I was the event planner and everyone I worked with was top-notch!

I cannot say enough about how fantastic this littleton hotel is! They hosted my husband and I and our families last weekend for our wedding room block, and guests are still talking about how clean the hotel was, and how friendly the staff was! From the moment we were arrived, we were given a warm welcome. Each staff member we interacted with was incredibly nice and accommodating.

Jaqueline and Elizabeth were FANTASTIC to work with throughout my entire wedding block planning and kept me informed about room numbers and details.

The shuttle driver, forgive me I forget her name, but was so nice and so friendly, the van was heated and she was a great driver, my family had nothing but great things to say about her!

None of us used the pool so we can’t speak to that, but I definitely want to highlight the “bridal suite” the bigger getting ready room we were given was outstanding!

Not only was it extremely clean, the lighting and space was 10/10! Even my hair and makeup artist were impressed at the size, and said it was one of the best rooms they had ever seen for brides getting ready! It was spacious and had tons of room to accommodate 5 of us, plus 3 vendors with no one tripping on one another!

The biggest thing I want to call attention to is the honesty, loyalty, and integrity of the staff here- they are without a doubt, the best around! They are PHENOMENAL.

We had two guests who had traveled to New England for their first time ever, in the winter, from Florida and they each accidentally left behind some incredibly highly valued items- the staff alerted them and my father-in law as soon as the items were found, and we were able to retrieve them the same day. The staff very well could have chosen not to do the right thing, but that never even crossed their minds so I especially want to thank the staff here for going above and beyond. I wish I knew the housekeepers name who’s turned in the items, but I want the staff to know how much we appreciate them!

Lastly, as someone who grew up in Littleton and just moved out of town last year, in all the years of visiting the Point, I never visited the bistro here. I’m glad I got to check it out Friday night and Monday morning. Monday morning I had the avocado toast and it was honestly the best around!!

I would 1000% recommend this hotel for anyone getting married locally, a family reunion, business trip or whatever. They do an OUTSTANDING job!

We stopped in during a bad snowstorm and received kindness above and beyond from your desk attendant, Alex. We ended up turning around because we forgot something in Maine, where the storm hadn't hit yet. Even though I can't comment on the facilities, I could not pass up the opportunity to thank this fine young man. I hope that you make it home safe, too!

Clean, quiet, gym and starbucks in lobby great. 2 of 3 purchases coffee was not hot. Nice to be close to several restaurants and supermarket. Good sized parking lot and convenient setting. Would be nice to give water or welcome to bonvoy members.
