My family and I arrived during breakfast hours before normal check in time was allowed and Ms. Moon allowed us to have an early check in! This was much appreciated. Everytime she saw me she would ask how the accommodations were and if we were happy with our stay! So a BIG shout out to her! We liked that the breakfast had different varieties each morning. The room was nice and we loved that laundry was available on our floor as well. We will definitely be back in the future.

When I was there my hotel room was nice and clean. I had a great view of the city, everything was on point, anything that I needed the staff took care of it right away without any hesitation. The breakfast that was served was ok as well. The hotel clerk Ms. Moon was amazing……she was extra nice and sweet and her service was so professional and gracious. Lastly, the room costs were very reasonable as well. I recommend this hotel if you’re in the Orange Park/Jacksonville, Florida area.

Very noisey as the highway runs right next to it.
Shower did not get hot, just barely warm.
Even tried showering early morning and not any better.
Toilet won't flush. Beds were okay, I have definitely had a lot better.
Being a Radisson hotel I booked believing it would be a good one.
Don't know how it had better ratings.

Room was okay and seemed clean. But bathroom had dirt in corners and some broken tiles. The electric window shades (which I think is pretty cool) did not work properly. Ms Moon was a great desk clerk. My room was in the end near the interstate and was noisy. Don’t get s room in the low numbers. When I submitted a survey to the hotel I got the standard response, “We are getting ready to start our renovations”. I’ve heard that before from other hotels.

My experience there this past July 2024 was great. My room was nice and clean, I had a great view of the city, the housekeeping was great as well…..anything that I needed they took care of it right away without hesitation and the breakfast was ok as well. The hotel clerk Ms. Moon was so nice and sweet….she was so professional and gracious. If you’re in the Orange Park/Jacksonville,Florida area I highly recommend this location.

Positive: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was well laid out and comfortable. Negative: The hotel needs some updating. The carpets and bathrooms in particular however it was clean and well maintained.

This place needs a remodel badly. Room and A/C was extremely musty and A/C made an intermittent swooshing / hissing sound that was annoying. Hotel is right next to the beltway and was extremely loud, as windows have no sound insulating value whatsoever and it sounded as if the window was open, it was that loud at times. Lots of shady people hanging around this place, especially at night. Part of parking lot is an overnight truck parking area. Stay elsewhere, you'll be happy you did.

Posting my first review because even among the motels I’ve stayed at, this one ranked amongst 3 of the worst. The owners, management, and staff might be doing what they can but the rooms are just filthy. It is so utterly damp in the building, and I am a Floridian!

Breakfast is standard. Breads, egg, waffle, juices etc. coffee was hot. That was good.

Not a safe area. But not the fault of the hotel itself. Just wanted future travelers to be aware.
