This hotel is nice since it's right off the highway and right by the cracker Barrel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, it needs some deep cleaning and updating. Our room had a hole in the wall. The floor was covered in crumbs. The air control didn't work. The room was so hot, and when I tried using the thermostat to turn down the heat, it didn't work. The hallways need new carpet and painting.

The hotel is affordable and right off the interstate. The lobby is very clean. The carpet going to the rooms seems to be ready to replace. Our room was mostly cleaned but it seems like it wasn’t swept thoroughly. The shower is hot and easy to use. The fold out couch bed was quite squeaky. The free breakfast was outstanding. We came because they had a pool. It stopped working the final of our stay due to a problem with the pump but that happens and no fault to them. The pool is quite large. It’s heated but was still too cold for me in early April 2025. There’s no hot tub. There is a good weight lifting machine but two treadmills that didn’t work. The pedal machine did work.

From the moment we checked in we could tell this place wasn't kept up at all. The carpeting is filthy by the elevator on the lobby level and 2nd floor. The shower had mold in it. The room smelled strongly of lysol or some other disinfectant when we opened the door. If it wasn't so late at night, we would have checked out and found a different hotel to stay at. Our room faced the street and there were very bright lights from down the street that beamed on to the face of the building. Because the curtains couldn't close all the way, we had light in the room all night. ||||This was such a surprise because we had just spent 3 nights in another Country Inn and Suites in Cumming GA and that place was spectacular!!

Service was good. We were heading out before breakfast was ready and they had some things ready, so they let us eat. Which was super nice. The bed was not comfortable. The armrests on the chair in the room were not the cleanest. Just dirty from wear and tear. Everything else was clean. It's an older facility and there are signs of its age throughout the building. Overall, service was good, breakfast was good, the room was clean with the exception of the chair. Location was nice right off the highway, and we did not hear the highway noise

I was not impressed at all by the cleanliness of the building inside and out. The rooms were clean and were well decorated, but I saw several areas that needed repaired. My wife and I are both coffee drinkers, and when we checked in, we tried the coffee they had out. It was ice cold. We will never stay at a country inn again. If you don't care about the buildings maintenance, then you probably will have no problem staying here, but for me I expect more from the staff. The lady who worked the front desk when we checked in was also very rude.

Stayed here five years ago and it is really showing the wear and tear. The front desk was efficient. For ten dollars more I stayed across town in a HIE/Candlewood. Super quiet, you did not hear door banging and walls thumping. Very clean and the breakfast was good. Bypass this location if you can. It isn't awful but for 9 dollars and change you can excellent.

My company booked me a room here for a few days due to snow, and I couldn't be more pleased with my stay!! My room was clean, very spacious, and no issues with bed bugs which was my biggest fear. I turned my room upside down looking for a trace of those nasty things and not a one in sight. The best part of my stay though, was the amazing staff. The people here are super kind, and went out of their way to help me with anything I needed. Nathalie on night shift was super kind and helpful, as was the total sweetheart that worked on day shift I just wished I caught her name as well as the equally as kind gentleman that cooked the delicious food in the morning. I’m so thankful for the wonderful hospitality shown to me here.

The front desk staff was nice. Breakfast was probably the best part. The hotel was extremely dirty. The room was dirty. The arm rests on the chair and the couch was nasty. We went to Walmart down the road and bought cleaning supplies and wiped everything down. The elevator had not been touched the three nights that we stayed there. There was food smudged on the buttons. After a day I took a washcloth from a house keeping cart and wiped it off myself. As mentioned before there is a weird charge. My husband was told there's a $7 "security deposit" hold and said we would get that back and we didn't. I would not recommend this place.
