Has nice pool! Really pretty sunset here! Some people go in the pool with clothes so the pool so it brakes a lot.

Hardworking management & maintenance team! The new manager is a chill guy & also professional at the same time. The maintenance guy there is always cleaning up & is very helpful. (The only downside is some people don’t know how to not overfill the dumpsters…) I’ve lived in a few mobile home parks and this is my favorite!

Nice all family gated park. Some of the home yards and homes need alittle up keep. But, a nice park and rates seem alittle high but you get a good size lot. Manager and workers are very nice and willing to help.

All types of people from different walks of life live here. Also the types of people that try and tell you how to live your life and make up there own rules and truly believe that you have to follow them as if they are fact. You don't know these people but they will get to know you because they have nothing better to do. If your happy there are not and if your not happy they are because they got what they wanted out of you. And lock all your stuff up because people will steal it. Update after posting this review the manager threatened to kick me out funny thing is I move out a long time ago but I have several family members liveing here for over 20 years long before she came in to office. All I speak is the truth no need for retaliation.
