I don’t even know where to begin. I hired Rachel about a year out from my wedding. I was looking for a day of coordinator and to say she exceeded those expectations would be the understatement of the century. We had monthly check ins leading up to the wedding, with even more calls as the day got closer, to ensure everything was on track. Hands down the best decision my fiancé and I made in the wedding planning process. I am a type-A perfectionist, who is not easy to please, and Rachel eased all of my worries. Without the help of her and her amazing team, I’m not sure how I would have survived the planning process let alone, made sure everything was perfect on our wedding day. Rachel and her team ensured everything ran on time, contacted all vendors leading up to wedding, ran our rehearsal , set up all tables, flowers, candles, bars, gift tables, cigar bar, the list goes on and on. She truly was our wedding fairy godmother and a million thank you’s would never suffice in expressing my gratitude towards her and her incredible team. Rachel and her team were great to work with and made sure that our day went off without a hitch. They went out of their way to facilitate all our requests and be present for wedding related events outside of normal business hours. Rachel was essentially always available by email and quick to reply to every message we sent. There are so many little details that go into wedding planning and it was very comforting knowing that Rachel was keeping track of everything that still needed to be done. On the day of, Elizabeth was extremely helpful and even transported things from my fiancé when needed.

Cose Bella was HANDS DOWN the best decision we made for our wedding. As someone who is very type A and very much a do it yourself type of person, it took me many months into wedding planning to realize I would need some help and look for a day of coordinator. Finding Rachel and her team was honestly the BEST THING that happened to me. Although Rachel was technically our Day of Coordinator, she met with us monthly from the time we signed our contract, about 5 months before our wedding, and then more frequently as the day got closer. She helped keep us on track and assigned us monthly to-dos. She thought of many things that I know I would not have. She designed BEAUTIFUL signature cocktail signs that I am truly obsessed with and had our menus printed as it was cheaper to do in her area than ours. She is so thoughtful, kind, positive, honest, and fun to work with. The day of our wedding, Rachel and her team were with us the ENTIRE DAY. They organized all of our belongings, steamed all of our dresses and the guys' tuxes, ran around literally all day, helped set up all of our candles, built our candelabras, put together our table settings, helped flip the reception room in 30 minutes, tied my groom's bowtie, and helped me get into my second dress. And so so much more... All while keeping the rest of us on time. Even at the end of the night, Rachel was there packaging cake and desserts into to go boxes for our guests, bringing our valuables into our suite, and cleaning up all of our decor from the venue. We have since gotten so many compliments on how beautiful and well organized our wedding was, and honestly it is all thanks to Cose Bella. I am sad I don't get to work with Rachel anymore, and will be looking for any excuse to do so. We already know they are the first vendors we are calling when my younger sister gets engaged. If you are looking for a wedding planner, hire Cose Bella immediately!!!!!! You won't regret it <3

Rachel and her team at Cose Bella Events are incredible!!! We hired Rachel for Day of Coordination, but honestly she did so much more. In the months leading up to the wedding, she helped us craft the schedule and event flow and was always there to answer all of our random questions around wedding day logistics, no matter how small (I.e., How long should xyz’s speech last? Jacket on or jacket off during first dance? Brunch venues recommendations?).

My partner and I are both generally pretty organized and good at planning, but I truly don’t know how we would have executed without Rachel. Thank you for making our wedding day so seamless and stress free!

I had the pleasure of working with Rachel and her team for my wedding. They were our day of coordinators but they were really so much more than that. I met with Rachel multiple times leading up to our wedding and she even met with my mom who was doing most of the decor more than once to make sure she knew exactly what we wanted. On the day of the wedding, Rachel and her team set all of our decor up perfectly and truly made our vision come to life. She even sewed a button on my husband’s shirt to fix it and saved the day 🙂 They really made our day stress free and we loved working with them!

We cannot say enough good things about Rachel & the Cose Bella team! She truly went above & beyond for us. We got married at OceanCliff in Newport, RI on 7/8/23 and a few months prior to our wedding day, it dawned on us that we might need a day-of coordinator. We got SO lucky that Rachel was still available on our date. She is worth every penny. She is so personable, kind, helpful, and resourceful. I assumed as a day-of coordinator we'd have a few phone calls and hope for the best but Rachel went above and beyond in the planning process and day-of execution. She attended all of our vendor meetings and even created all of our wedding illustrations from our place cards, menus, drink signage, and guest book item! My bridal party and I kept saying we felt like she was a fairy godmother. Anything we needed she had, she was somehow everywhere at once - it was incredible. She even helped fix my stepmom's shoe moments before the ceremony! We cannot recommend Rachel and her team enough. If you want your wedding to be as seamless and drama-free as ours, you need to hire Cose Bella!

I could not have asked for a better wedding planning experience than the one I had with Rachel. As I was somewhat apprehensive to start the planning, Rachel made the process seamless and enjoyable. Not only was she organized, responsive, and communicative, but her joyful and positive personality made our meetings something to look forward to. She always came back to me with several options and ideas for my many questions. She also caught on quickly to the vision I dreamed of and made it a reality.
