If this is the Student Housing for UTI in Irving TX please stay away from this place. The student housing is absolute garbage. They promise a single private room but instead put me in a 2 room apartment with 4 dirty people in it & charged 900 + other Fees. I don’t make reviews on places but I made an exception for CHS. Veterans be aware on using your G.I bill for these people.
