We have rented with Coronado Shores Co during January & February since 2017. The leasing agents (Tazzie & Bryanna) gave us excellent support as we looked at options each year. We have had the same unit some years, but also change occasionally depending on our needs.
Coronado Shores Co has an excellent maintenance team that responds quickly to repair any accidental damage you may cause to the unit.
The Coronado Shores Co owner and leasing agents are very good at satisfying renters’ and owners’ needs. They are reasonable and fair in all their dealings.

Now about the units. All the units we have stayed in met or exceeded our expectations for our price point. The location is wonderful with picturesque vistas of the Pacific Ocean and or Coronado bay. The beach is expansive, well protected and maintained. Restaurants are plentiful, with some real delights like Little Frenchie’s.

If you are considering an extended stay in Coronado, would like good value, and trustworthy agents, I highly recommend the Coronado Shores Co.

We will be returning in 2024.

We vacation one month every summer at the Shores. Our getaway has everything you would want; a beautiful beach just steps away from our condo; walking distance to The Dell and fine restaurants and shopping! Petco park is an easy ferry ride across the bay. Golf at Coronado Golf club has great views of the bay and San Diego skyline!

We have stayed at The Shores a couple of times in the past and loved the area, so we are so happy we were able to find an available unit for us to stay in 2025. Andrea was very helpful, giving us a number of options to choose from. Both Andrea and Myssie were very quick in responding to our questions, and made the whole process move very quickly and smoothly. Thanks to both Andrea and Myssie!
