Had a great time with Amanda as our guide through the tour. Great cocktails and very flavorful straight pours. Best tasting at a distillery I've ever been to. You can bring you own food but popcorn is provided. The staff members are wonderful!

All I can say about this place is Amanda is AMAZING!! BEST BARTENDER EVER!! She has a wonderful fun relaxing presences. It was my first time there and definitely will be a must stop when I am in the area.

Located in a small strip center ,this distillery is a real gem located in Lake Zurich.

Staff and owners are super friendly that serves great cocktails and has live music . Unfortunately they do not offer food options but you can bring your own.

They make their own Bourbon,Gin ,Vodka and Rum which pairs well with their huge selection of crafted cocktails.

The prices for the cocktails are slightly more than one would expect but then again you are not paying any cover charge to hear live music and frankly,they are sooo delicious.

We tried the Blood Orange Mai Tai which was a daily special,Banana Rum Old Fashion and a Classic Old Fashion. Can't pick a favorite because they were all our favorites!

The Bloody Mary (Red Snapper) made with their unique, spicy Fryen Gin was possibly the best tasting bloody mary I have ever had!

As the staff introduced me to their lineup of spirits, I glanced from the small batch still to the band that was rocking out in the back and the barrels that lined the wall. I could feel the passion they have for their craft, and the pride they have in what they offer. Before I had chosen a drink, I knew I was in for a treat.

Their passion for spirits is appropriately accompanied by a passion for music.
They have live music on Wednesdays and Weekends, as well as an open mic on Thursdays!

Do not pass up the chance to stop at this wonderful distillery. Myself and two others on a business trip from Cincinnati when we discovered this place by accident, and we are glad we did. Do not listen to old Reddit or Yelp comments about their spirits, everything we sampled was amazing. I walked out with a bottle of their single barrel bourbon. The bartender/distiller was amazing, when she told me I was drinking a two year, I couldn't believe it. I guessed it was aged at least ten years by the wonderful notes and smoothness. If I get up that way again, I'm definitely grabbing some more, and sampling their other offerings.

We were planning on taking a long drive down to Whiskey Acres, but after calling ahead, they did not have the spirits we were wanting to purchase. So after my wife did some Googling, found Copper Fiddle, and we are so glad she did! First off, this is a sleeper location, as you would never guess this building would have such a cool relaxed vibe inside . . . And it’s clear that this business has a wonderful community of faithful regulars, while also welcoming in newbies like us! Amanda greeted us at the bar as soon as we walked in with a warm smile and (again) very welcoming demeanor. She gave us an overview of what they do, and what they make, along with describing their live music playing very regularly throughout each week, virtually every day they’re open it seemed. Everyone there including Lauren behind the bar, to the couple of sound folks that walked in during sound check, all super-hospitable and clearly happy to have us there. I tried the flight where you can try virtually all of their main spirits, all made in house - 9x tastes for $14, amazing! And yes, they all tasted amazing as well. No food other than some popcorn to balance the alcohol, but we didn’t come to eat, so no issue for us. We ended up getting some very nice merch there as well, and enjoyed that the live music venue area was separate from the bar, so we could easily keep conversation going after the live acts started. Highly recommend for a casual night for great spirits, excellently crafted cocktails (a la Amanda’s creativity!), and relaxed and fun conversation. (And yes, there are a couple of TVs, but sound was off enhancing the laid-back tone of this Sunday afternoon.) Give yourself a treat and try out the Fiddle!
