Chris and his team were the DJ for my son’s Bar Mitzvah. They supplied and set up the up-lights, Photo Booth, and DJ lights and equipment. They had a staff member to assist the Photo Booth, a DJ, and Chris Emceed the event. We followed traditional events including the hora and candle lighting. He made sure to have all the songs my son requested for the candle lighting and his favorite songs played throughout the event. The kids played lots of games, Chris kept them participating and partying the whole time! He even had the adults playing games too! Everyone had the best time. I highly recommend!

We hired Chris to DJ at my wife’s 40th birthday party. He did an incredible job and was extremely easy to work with. We gave him a basic idea of the playlist that we liked and he nailed it. Everyone at the party had a great time and was dancing the whole night. I would highly recommend hiring Cool City Wedding for any occasion!

We had the pleasure of having Chris at my wife's 40th birthday party, and he was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, he read the crowd perfectly, keeping the energy up and the dance floor packed. Every song he played felt like it was timed just right, knowing exactly when to slow it down or turn things up. His ability to cater to the different tastes in the room and seamlessly blend tracks together was impressive. The party wouldn’t have been the same without him! If you want a DJ who knows how to bring the right vibe to your event, Chris is your guy. Highly recommended!

We've used Chris for various children's parties and events and he is amazing time after time! Keeps the kids engaged through his song choices, dances and games, and is always accommodating to any request we have. We also used him for an adult event for the first time this year and he was great! Chris is friendly, reliable, professional - you will be happy you hired him! He is our go-to guy for every event we are sure to book him as soon as we have our dates set for the upcoming year. Five stars highly recommended Chris!

I've used Chris for several elementary school PTA events and he has always been wonderful. Chris always arrives on time and prepared. He is polite and fantastic with the kids. We have Chris on speed dial! We have used him to DJ several events and parties. He is reliable and professional. He knows how to get the crowd engaged and can "read the room" by choosing appropriate music selections. His set up and presentation, including all of his lighting is great and adds to the the party! He always arrives well in advance and always inquires with the host about the party's vibe. I strongly recommend Chris for anyone who is looking to DJ any event!!!

Our community non-profit Danvers FalconFest contracted Cool City Entertainment to be our event's DJ & MC for our town's annual Tree-Lighting. DJ Chris was organized and enthusiastic to plan with-- he confirmed timelines and music selections quickly, and we felt confident in his preparedness for the event. This year's attendance quadrupled the expected crowd, we had over 2000 residents show up for the event downtown. Chris knew our timeline was crammed with lots of entertainment and announcements through-out the night and with his expertise, we executed everything in perfect timeliness. He was incredible at keeping the crowd engaged with festive music and the many transitions between activities and entertainment were seamless with his help.
I want to make a special note that we had planned a parade to come through for the first time during the annual Tree-Lighting tradition this year. There were a LOT of logistics involved with making this inaugural parade a safe enjoyable success, especially with record-breaking attendees. Chris was instrumental in directing the crowds to the sidewalks and keeping them entertained and pumped up for the parade to come through. As the parade floats filtered down the street he mixed in each float's entrance music and led our town in the countdown for the tree lighting. The consensus of the residents' following the event included reviews that it "felt like a Hallmark Movie", and the "festive vibe was so magical". We couldn't have agreed more!! DJ Chris truly brought the magic to our town center, and we are so looking forward to having him back for another Danvers FalconFest Event in the future!
