Had such an amazing night, learning so many facts and tips about food, quality of food, techniques and best tips for cooking great Italian recipes! DeeDee is fantastic, so knowledgeable, very experienced, fabulous instructor, entertainer and quite quick witted and hilarious!!! There was so much more to cooking a delicious meal! DeeDee taught us Italian words and reinforced them throughout the night! Food choices were super and tasty! Definitely dishes I would make again!!! Such a special night together with friends and our new friend DeeDee! By the end of the night, I felt like we knew her forever!!! Thank you so very much, DeeDee! You are a special gem!!!! Would absolutely love to do this again!!

One of the best nights out!
Chef DeDee is a great host and instructor - her energy and passion is one to admire.

I had purchased the pizza class for my husbands 30th birthday and my expectations were blown away! Not only way the class very informative, it was delicious and so fun. Chef Dedee makes you feel like family cooking in the kitchen. We loved the cast iron pizza and left not only feeling more confident in kitchen, but left with great memories! We would definitely recommend this to anyone who loves food and a good time!

We signed up for a class to make
Chicken Saltimbocca with homemade pasta and homemade focaccia bread. The class was excellent and we produced a delicious meal under Dedee’s great guidance. Sbe would demonstrate once and then set us to work. Dedee is full of stories and information which kept us entertained all evening! Enjoying the meal at her dining table made us feel like family and she surprised us with delicious homemade gelato for dessert! A perfect evening — highly recommend!

We had a blast working with Dedee “The Italian Diva” for Date Night with 5 couples in Marshfield. She was a natural host, entertaining and educating us all with her anecdotes, tips, and secrets to fresh made Italian cuisine. She brought all the ingredients and cookware, and the dishes we made were delicious. Just an outstanding evening all around. Highly recommend!

Dede's Italian cooking class was fantastic! She was the life of the party all the while imparting many tips for healthy cooking using simple, organic and clean ingredients. The four-course menu (all made from scratch) was absolutely delicious - no leftovers! I felt like I had eaten at a fine restaurant only better because I knew every ingredient that went in and actually helped make it all. I learned so much and will definitely book again with our group! What a wonderful evening! We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Dee Dee. The lessons were perfect and the food was fantastic, but the real treat is Dee Dee herself. She is engaging, interesting, and full of stories and anecdotes that make the time with her special. We are so glad we got to meet her and share an absolutely wonderful meal at her table.
