If you’re going to the middle keys, this is definitely the place to stay!! Right on the beautiful ocean with a private beach and tiki huts and bar- b -q’s that are cleaned everyday. Each unit has a fully stocked kitchen and nicely decorated! What a gem ! The best part is you can go directly to|wwwContinentalinnbeachside.com and book directly, you don’t have to pay any additional fees!!! It’s a fantastic place to stay and I can’t wait to go back.

We stayed here for three nights, booked through an Airbnb, and we are so glad we chose this spot!

We were originally hesitant due to the location and small pool, however we ended up here due to the two separate bedrooms.

The location ended up being a huge benefit. The beach is smaller but the grounds are impeccably maintained and uncrowded. The hidden gem is that it is adjacent to Sunset Beach where they have a nightly sunset ceremony and the sunset views are amazing!

Marathon was our favorite town, with enough to do, restaurants, grocery store, fresh seafood markets, etc, yet not crazy busy like Islemorada or Key West.

Our Airbnb host was amazing and the Continental Inn staff were all great! We will be back.

Unit #9 is a comfortable, serenely decorated condo which we thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend to anyone interested in going to Key Colony Beach. We arrived stressed and left a week later refreshed and tan. We walked the beach, chatted on the beach with friends, enjoyed local music, and visited our turtle friends at The Turtle Hospital and sponsored a turtle for another year of care. We also explored local restaurants and shops - bellies and bags left full and happy. The staff who took care of our VRBO unit was attentive and very pleasant. We made reservations with the staff to return again, and our adult children will join us as well, as they enjoy having their own Continental Inn Beachside condo's to relax and unwind. A wonderful piece of paradise. Don't miss it!

Someone referred to Continental Beachside as Paradise, how right they were!!! The property is just beautiful and it's so nice to walk right out onto the beach and look at the magnificent Atlantic!! The condo we stayed in, #9 was so comfortable and nicely decorated - you really feel like you're in the keys! The kitchen was well stocked and made it so easy for us to make some meals in and eat under the tiki on the beach! They also have grills that are cleaned daily, what a plus! One of our best vacations ever - thank you Continental Beachside!!!

We stayed in unit 22. Great experience. Modern, clean. The beach front was amazing. Sunrises were unbelievable. Pool area was refreshing and the landscaping made it all feel fully "Keys". Whoever decorated the unit made it not only beautifully but fully relaxing like a day on the beach.

We stay in KCB several times a year and this was the first time at The Continental. The room was clean with the exception of the air conditioning unit which was covered in mold. The beds were so hard and the sheets like cardboard. In my opinion, that is so important, to have a comfortable bed. We only had three beach towels in the unit (faded and frayed) and even though we were there for 5 days, we never got any fresh bath towels. The beach area is small but beautiful and you really can’t swim there which was fine because we went out most days. It wasn’t horrible but wasn’t great either. I do like the contactless check in since we arrived in the evening. We wouldn’t rent again.

One of the most delightful beach stays we’ve ever had. Our host was a great resource for shops, restaurants, and fun events to attend during our stay. Continental Inn has thought of everything for their guests. A full kitchen, comfortable beds, etc.. as well as a super clean pool, bikes, kayaks, bbq’s, and a
5 minute walk to see a fabulous sunset too.
Can’t wait to visit again soon!
