I can't say enough about this group and Silvia in particular. There was a mix up on the reservation for the room to get decorated and Silvia made sure to go back the next day ( after already being there on the day I asked for originally) and did a fabulous job. They were able to customize my order to make it perfect. Highly recommend!!!

The room decorations for my partner’s birthday were great! Also Marcos and the team are really nice, we had to switch rooms at the hotel, and even though the room was not yet ready at the agreed time for the decorations set-up, the team waited for almost 3 hours for it to be ready and did a great job with the set-up. 🙂

Absolutely miserable experience. Only book with this company if you enjoy wasting your vacation time.
I booked and paid for a full day - City Bus Tour, Boat Tour around Miami Harbor and an Everglades boat tour.
The bus to the everglades was more than 1 hour late - no one told us anything why it was late or what is happening. Then when the bus finally arrived, they sent us to the Everglades park through Miami rush hour traffic, arriving at the park just 10 minutes before it closed. We were allowed to walk around for a few minutes before we were told to get back on the bus and drive back to South Beach - the park said the Everglades boat tour could not happen because it was already getting dark.
So not only did they not do the boat tour, they wasted all our afternoon just hauling us through rush hour traffic in an uncomfortable bus.
Do not book with this company.

The best concierge team out there! It was our first time in Miami and they planned my entire itinerary for me from beginning to end! We even took a spontaneous key west excursion and were able to snorkel through the crystal clear waters, it was definitely an experience to remember. Not to mention the exquisite customer service, each team member I spoke with responded quickly and was very reliable. I always love an organized business!! I will 100% be using their services every time I come back!!!

We prepaid for our trip from hotel to port and then port to airport upon our return from our cruise. We received the ride to port but were never picked up from the port on arrival. We were promised a refund that never happened, disputed the charge with our cc company and this merchant still contested the dispute. Terrible experience, we would not recommend.

The Bad - Concierge
Came in for a cruise and stayed overnight at this hotel before leaving for 8 days. The hotel was clean, the front desk staff were friendly. We arrived late so they told us to speak with the concierge in the morning to arrange transportation to the port and to the airport upon our return. The room was great, clean, beds comfortable, the view from the window showed us the port, elevators can get busy but still don't take too long.
Talked to the concierge in the morning and arranged transportation to and from the port. Price wasn't bad to the port and got us all there on time and comfortably. Prepaid for our transportation back from the port on our arrival and upon coming back called the number provided by the concierge. They dispatched a driver and the driver text me saying they were 15 minutes out. 20 minutes later I called the driver back and he said he was 5 minutes out and told me what van to look for. 10 minutes later I called again and the driver said he was 5 minutes out and stuck in traffic. 10 minutes after that he said he was 5 minutes out. This went on for an hour and finally the driver stopped answering the phone.
I gave him 10 minutes and sent several texts and then was approached by another company at the port who could take us immediately and for half the price I paid. I attempted to call the driver back and he sent me to voicemail again so I took them up on it. I text the driver letting them know that I was taking another ride to the airport and called the concierge and let her know as well. She said "she would look into it and get back to me". 20 minutes after arriving at the airport the driver text me asking where I was and that they were there.
I disputed the charge with the concierge as they never returned my call and just received back a notice in dispute that they said "I received the service as expected". Almost missing my flight and being ignored for service is absolutely not what I expected. This review would be 1 star based on this experience if it weren't for the friendly staff at the hotel.

If you ever come to Miami, (I stayed at the Hotel Gabriel) make sure you check in with Marcos. He will take exceptional care of all your concierge needs. I’ve traveled around the world and never had anybody assist so thoroughly with all my day and evening outings. He’s the best!
